今晚我們去咗油麻地彌敦道嘅「綠茵閣餐廳」食晚飯!我們叫咗招牌梅菜扣肉煲嘅肉質超乾身同粗「嚡」,煲湯嘅瘦肉都比較滑,梅菜嘅味道亦唔係好香甜!霸王鷄「半隻」嘅肉質比較實,唔係好嫩滑,鷄味亦唔係好濃郁!菜芯炒牛肉炒得唔係好熟,牛肉仲係粉紅色,菜芯好硬身同有好濃烈嘅草青味!相反滑蛋炒蝦仁就炒到過咗火,滑蛋好「嚡」同好老,蝦仁亦唔係好彈牙!土魷蒸肉餅亦都係唔夠熟,肉餅亦都係有粉紅色,土魷嘅份量亦相當少!老火例湯:佛手瓜煲鷄腳湯嘅湯底味道係淡而無味,祇係比清水多啲啲味!
