To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年咁高興,同朋友一早預訂左呢間係油麻地3星酒店的中菜廳飲茶,, 酒店外牆比較舊,但一入到酒店,已見到lobby餐廳,很新淨,應該是最近番新過的。見到清晰指示到2樓中菜廳,雖然樓底不高, 內部呈長形無柱, 感覺算是寜靜舒服.   我地點左幾個點心, 春卷, 炸雲吞, 蝦米腸粉, 帶子燒賣, 金泊蝦餃, 紅菜頭餃, 蝦腸粉, 叉燒包, 點心質素還可, 比較好係蝦腸粉, 蝦係爽口好味, 紅菜頭餃幾好, 配新菜頭甜甜地, 幾特別. 另外, 叫左番茄湯斑塊烏冬 同鮑汁雞粒燴飯, 番茄湯烏冬有濃郁的番茄甜味, 不錯. 鮑汁燴飯就太濕, 若果乾身D 會更好. 每人要接近$200, 是比較貴, 或者係因為新年加左價啦, 平日食的話就唔值$200一個人啦.
