今日帶朋友來吃「Kalbsrahmgulasch Veal Goulash」「燴牛仔肉伴自家製牛油麵糰」，這是一度德國傳統美食，紅燒小牛肉配上香料紅甜椒粉，增加色和味。其實我最想向她介紹牛油麵糰，這是以麵粉 牛奶 雞蛋製成，用水煮熟後，以牛油炒香，伴上主菜一同進食，這個是很傳統的德國菜式，味道質感都非常好。另外選了一個 Spinach Flade 「菠菜薄餅」內有菠菜，芝士，車厘茄，洋蔥，磨菇…等，餅底非常香脆，材料簡單，食味一流，又適合素食的朋友。
