今日(22-8-2021 Sun)同老公食晏,由於我個胃又”銀”住,食唔到嘢,但老公要食,咁我又黐食啦,老公建議出旺角行吓,同嚟呢間食.我哋去到唔使等位,老闆娘叫我哋上樓上坐,老公好興奮.上到去,剩返一張枱,睇完menu,就決定要四餸麵,因為送咸檸梳打,再加小食.剔好後交俾亞姐落單,我哋要:$18.00嘅凍檸茶凍檸茶係一樽嘅,茶有啲澀,似維他紙包裝嘅檸檬茶,不過冇咁嚴重,而且有檸檬肉嘅.味道: 4分咸檸梳打係來貨,唔評.$14.00嘅芫荽麵,$15.00嘅牛爽(牛舌芯),$11.00嘅韭菜燕餃,同樣$10.00嘅芥末貢丸同豬紅睇見牛爽都唔少,食吓先,係真係好爽口,而且都不失牛味,唔錯;芥末貢丸,大大粒,肉味正常,加唔太多嘅芥末,好味;韭菜燕餃冇晒,轉菜肉燕餃,有3粒但唔大粒,個皮又薄又滑,味道唔比韭菜燕餃遜色,一樣食到菜味;豬紅正常滑同唔腥;綠色嘅芫荽麵口感好實在,唔腍,不過冇乜芫荽味,怕食芫荽嘅人都應該食到.而淡湯係好重豬肉味,唔通係豬骨湯底?味道: 4.6分$25.00嘅台灣爆汁烤雞卷呢個大大條,個皮烤得好脆,內裡雞肉juicy鬆軟,唔係太鹹,都好正,我記得好多年前,喺深水埗食過.
