My wife and I love to eat western fast food like the stuff they have on the menu. She is HKnese; I grew up in the US. We both know what good western fast food should taste like. We have been to LKF, Discovery Bay, Wan Chai, the Peak etc. to taste food from all over HK. We went to this place thinking it would be another great place. Damn we were wrong. We have been to LKF, Discovery Bay, Wan Chai, the Peak etc. to taste food from all over HK. We went to this place thinking it would be another great place. Damn we were wrong.
The pictures that we see posted on this site were nothing like the food that we received tonight. Perhaps it was too busy tonight; perhaps they hired a new chef who does not know how to cook western food. The "buffalo" wings tasted like wood, had no sauce on them like in the pics. The potato skins were wrapped with oil. The nachos were all soft. The ribs were the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. It looked like a dead animal's meat that had been rotting for weeks. We asked them to take away the ribs immediately when it arrived on our table. I cannot believe this place continues to attract so many people. Maybe some people like this taste. But we certainly don't. That is why I suggest that you order one thing at a time to slowly try if the food here is right for you. Don't make our mistake of ordering many things at the same time. We wanted to ask them to take back everything we ordered, but we did not have the heart to do that. Perhaps if we did, then we would not be feeling so bad for the whole night. We were excited about going out for dinner tonight, but regret it 100% . We wished that we had stayed home to eat even instant noodles instead. Try at your own risk.
