Yesterday evening we went to this new Hyatti that is opened in front of the HSBC Tower in Tai Kok Tsui.First of all the food quality and quantity is just out of the world. The food is extremely tasty, and hand prepared for two young chef's. They hand make the "pita" bread right in front of you not like most of the other places where they buy ready made. So, the pita is really really thick with all the flavors topped up with Turkish spices and sprinkled with sesame seeds.We order the Hummus, Papa

So, the pita is really really thick with all the flavors topped up with Turkish spices and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
We order the Hummus, Papa Ghanoush, Falafel & Chicken Shawerma, each dish except the Chicken Shawerma came with four big portions of "freshly made" pita. Chicken Shawerma was wrapped in the same freshly made pita with the flavor, never have I every eaten Shawerma wrapped in a flavored pita.
This was the ultimate dinning experience!!!
