Visited this restaurant several times before but got worse each time and I finally had enough. Decided not to visit this store anymore! Please read my experience and consider whether you wanna went through what I had experienced. Before dining (waiting to be seated):

They had emptied and cleaned tables but they just didn't let us in, the waiters were standing near the cashier and talked loudly with each other.
About 10 mins later, several diners (me included) could not stand it and talked to the guy wearing suit (should be the manager) and another female
waiter then finally let us in. (No 'welcome to pizza hut', No 'hello' , and that waiter [young looking] was showing the 'Screw you' face when she
led us to our table.
Seated (Preparing to Order):
The menu must've been there for ages as it was oily, stained and SMELLYYYY. The glass bottle of water was nearly down to the bottom and we had
to talk to another waiter (after waving for ages again and being ignored several time) for a refill. It should have been refilled before we were seated
but they used the time to chit-chat with each other instead.
After waving hands for centuries again, the waiters were not sure about what the restaurant had (Stuffed crust and Golden Crust) when taking our order, and they had to use the walkie talkie to confirm (it was on the menu....). Even worse, they didn't pay attention to what we said and came back
to confirm it again 2 times.
Dining (yeah finally got the food):
Before you really saw the food after ordering, you had to wait for a freaking 55 mins and no one told us this before. (The soup was deserved 30mins after the Order) When complained, the female waitress told us 'Yeah, it's very normal, You do have to wait this long'. Even it was the norm which I
seriously doubted it, she could have presented it in a polite way. The female waitresses were rude and often used swear words (e.g. 'Ma La Fan',
'Diu' when talking to their own).
Soup: Mild warm only, don't know why it took 30 mins. Same flavour but obviously better if it was served swiftly.
Asparagus: MISSING though we did order it
Pizza: A bit Soggy and they put red onions on the pizza but we told them not to (Waitress/Kitchen didn't pay attention)
Drinks: The diet coke became regular, only 2 thin slices of lemon and tons of ice on my Lemon Tea, and they forgot the syrup..
Dessert: We skipped this as we no longer wanna stay there at that time
Leaving (Bill time)
No one said anything about the missing asparagus, and they didn't apologize. Could not find the one wearing suit in the dining area (he only
appeared once or twice). They refused to give you the questionnaire and they COVERTLY PUT IT AWAY. You could see the stack of questionnaires at the cashier and you could understand why, because it was UNLIKELY TO GET POSITIVE FEEDBACK from customers.
I threw my pizza card away after this time.
CONCLUSION:
Environment: Fair with rooms to improve (Marks: 5/10)
Waitress: Rude and unprofessional (Marks: 1/10)
Friendliness: Hostile (Marks: 0/10)
Waiting time: Ages (enough for an ape to evolve into a human being) (Marks: 2/10)
Food: Below Average (Marks:3.5/10)
Drinks: Below Average (Marks:3.5/10)
Willingness to try again: DEFINITELY NOTTTTTT

Pizza hut obviously needs to retrain their staffs if not fire them all.
