很久沒有到元朗YOHO逛街,這晚誤打誤撞在元朗YOHO的RAMEN JO吃拉麵,竟然發現這間餐廳原來是米芝蓮餐廳,更連續六年榮獲米芝蓮,水準自然有保證。 餐廳半開方式的設計, 開揚舒適。多款拉麵有提供” 特製”及普通選擇, ” 特製”當然配料較多,自然價格較貴。最後我們點了兩碗拉麵,分別是特製醬油豚骨拉麵 $98及沾麵$ 89,還有兩款小食, 炸蟹肉忌廉餅 $32 及 蝦餃子$70。炸蟹肉忌廉餅 $32 – 外脆內軟,內裡充滿CREAMY蟹肉忌廉的餡餅,新鮮熱辣,絕對是即叫炸。蝦餃子$70 – 一客蝦餃子有5隻,以大大隻原隻鳳尾蝦作主打, 餃子皮薄,煎得香脆, 賣相討好。特製豚骨拉麵 $98 - 先喝一口湯, 即時感受到濃濃的豬骨湯,令人入口有滿足感,難怪其豬骨湯榮獲米芝蓮美譽。 麵條較幼身,輕易能做到掛湯效果叉燒肥瘦均勻,配料有鮆菜、 荀、菠菜及糖心蛋半隻。驚喜位是吃到最後發現有一粒小小的蛋在碗底,是鵪鶉蛋嗎?~沾麵$ 89 – 首先是視覺享受,熱騰騰的沾麵湯底在面前沸騰。由於沾麵是冷麵,所以沾麵湯一定要夠熱, 沾麵麵條較粗, 吃起來有嚼勁,沾麵湯味濃,散發出飄香的魚介味。 叉燒雖薄

沾麵$ 89 – 首先是視覺享受,熱騰騰的沾麵湯底在面前沸騰。由於沾麵是冷麵,所以沾麵湯一定要夠熱, 沾麵麵條較粗, 吃起來有嚼勁,沾麵湯味濃,散發出飄香的魚介味。 叉燒雖薄切,但甘香肥美。緊記最後沾麵可加湯,加的湯是濃濃豬骨湯,十分滿足。
