With "mei seen" this is one of my fav places! Maybe a tight second behind "kiu heung yuun" in central.Finally got to try their "sour spicy" soup base this time. I thought it'd look red or orange for the spicy broth but it's colorless and very clear. The "toppings" are fresh and well portioned as usual. Love their mushrooms, veggies, beef slices..Definitely will come back!!
