Ordered the signiture dish grilled chicken steak with lotus root, squid cake patty.The chicken was juicy and tender, freshly skilletted chicken thigh off its bone, and marinated with various of sauces, the patty was also good too, juicy and not dry, vegetables were also included to balance out the meat, but not significant enough to be a portion.I was expecting one patty, but there were too.Anyway the rice was good too, with sauce and chopped spring onions, and bits of picked white carrot with c

I was expecting one patty, but there were too.
Anyway the rice was good too, with sauce and chopped spring onions, and bits of picked white carrot with chilli that spiced it up, distinguishing it from other restaurants.
