我平時好少食係香港食印度菜, 今次俾個朋友拉左來。印度菜必有印度薄脆餅,這裡也不例外。胡椒餅薄而香脆,還有三個顏色醬:綠色的是薄荷;個人就比較喜歡橙色的Garlic and Chili,有點微辣,很有東南亞風;深色的是Sweet and sour,酸酸甜甜,只是個人不太喜歡。Chicken Tikka Masala $108烤肉瑪沙拉, 食印度菜最幾出名既一款咖哩雞,唔算好辣,烤雞既份量都幾多,雞肉好嫩唔乾, 點埋啲薄餅食真係唔錯。Jalfrezi Chicken $88青咖哩雜菜雞, 唔辣, 雞肉無烤過, 所以好嫩, 但唔夠Masala好食。Saffron Pulao Rice $ 58番紅花黃飯 印度米粒粒分明,幼身尖長,口感特別,乾身而不黏口,亦滿有香料味。Garlic Naan $30好大塊好厚,烤至底面都帶些金黃,口感煙煙韌韌,挺有嚼勁, 面頭加了蒜和芫茜,食落冇乜蒜蓉味。Mango Lassi $48入口夠濃稠,帶芒果酸甜味,是我每次吃印度菜必點的飲料。

烤肉瑪沙拉, 食印度菜最幾出名既一款咖哩雞,唔算好辣,烤雞既份量都幾多,雞肉好嫩唔乾, 點埋啲薄餅食真係唔錯。
