MANA lived up to expectations and delivered quality, but at a premium.We went for lunch and ordered a MANA Peace flat (with zataar, hummous, tomato and halloumi) and a kale salad with a side of quinoa rice.The salad was fresh and well dressed with waltnuts. The salad was fresh and well dressed with waltnuts. The quinoa and rice had a very satisfying texture, even if it did not quite explode with flavour. After eating it, you definitely felt good.
The flat was delicious. Well spiced and wonderful flavours. The only issue with it was that, as it had tomatoes in it, it leaked a lot of juice (very nice tasting juice!) and was messy to eat. That did not take away from an excellent wrap.
The free water tap was welcome and the business is run ethically - a real model for other places. All of the utensils and containers are recycled and recyclable, so massive kudos points for that.
We will definitely return for more healthy and tasty food, even though it isn't the cheapest option in Hong Kong.
