When Zest first opened I went there for dinner and was not impressed. I heard that chef had since refined the menu so decided to give dinner another go. This time I loved it. We finally got to order the chicken, which was juicy and tender. We were impressed by the eggplant with crabmeat and caviar. Normally I didn’t like eggplant nor crab meat, but everything went so well together. Also worth noting was the abalone with risotto- Perfectly balanced. (Aircon was a bit strong.) (Aircon was a bit strong.) In summary: highly recommended. Creative chef. Not cheap though. With the add-on for the chicken and 2 bottles of normal red wine, bill went up to approx $2,400 per person.
