住喺將軍澳天晋的朋友極力推介,話雖然呢排香港的飲食業唔多掂,但佢樓下呢間”chef's stage kitchen “就日日很多人,咁一於呢日就來試吓喇。怕煩,嗌咗個DINNER SET FOR 2最最簡單,叫咗餐湯係雞肉周打湯,意想不到的好飲,沙律就係生果沙律,有柚子,橙,有青瓜,有車厘茄,當然唔少得沙律菜,全部都非常之新鮮,所以加少少意大利醋已好好味。海鮮控的我時時刻刻掛住海鮮,因此頭盤就有“香煎珍寶带子及煙三文魚酥皮餡餅”, 珍寶級的带子鮮甜柔軟, 鹹嘅餡餅有特色,相得益彰;主菜有扒有龍蝦,這就是“牛西冷炭燒穀飼澳洲肉眼扒拼香草牛油焗波士頓龍蝦尾” 配燒汁&薯菜,牛扒五成熟,可見到粉紅色的質地,而龍蝦食慣中式煮法,今次嘅西式焗煮做得好好,龍蝦啱熟好嫩滑;貫徹始終的另一主菜依然海鮮,佢就係“墨魚汁鮮帶子海蝦扁意粉”,新鮮煎得微焦的帶子海蝦勁有海洋的味道,兩杯飲品係Guava 和Cranberry juice,一酸一甜随你鍾意。
