Ordered food from Hawker 18 for the first time and tbh I’m pretty impressed! I got the Hainan chicken rice lunch set ($88) and it comes with soup with some sauces.The Hainan chicken is really good as the meat is very tender and the skin isn’t too greasy. The yellow rice is delicious too!!On the other hand, the soup is one of the worst I’ve ever had. It’s basically hot water plus MSG so I stopped after just a couple sips.
