Come to first, Must-have dishes, Barbecued Peking Duck. Duck skin is really crispy and yummy. When you wrap it as a duck sandwich with onion and sauces, you will enjoy another taste of Yummy duck which is really good!

Second famous dishes is Xiao Long Bao, Steamed minced Pork Dumplings is delicious too. The flour skin is tender and smooth and the meat soup insides is yummy too.

Sweet and Sour Pork is my all-time favorite. Everyone should order it in our Chinese dishes menu.

Crispy Oyster is lovely too though the oyster is a bit small, haaa, bigger will be better.

Pork Dumplings in Chicken Broth has rich flavor, nice one.

Pan-fried minced Pork Buns is dim sum which you can find in almost every Cha Lau and so I didn't expect too much on it. But it comes out very outstanding. Delicious one with crispy buns.
