The five of us tried a lot of drinks and dishes tonight. Almost all of them, except one, were better than one could expect from Cheung Sha Wan!!!- We tried rose tea, strawberry smoothie, calmanshi squash, and Americano. - Its sautéed wild mushroom with garlic and butter was delicious.
- Stir-fry diced beef with garlic was tasty and juicy.
- Pan-fried salmon fillet with mustard and herb sauce was delightful.
- Black truffle and wild mushroom risotto was so appetizing that I might like to recommend to my friends.
- Blue mussels with herb and white wine sauce was OK.
- Belgium waffle with fresh fruits and ice-cream could have been softer.
- It also had home-made cake selection.
- Its décor overall was comfortable and welcoming. Not crowded at all tonight. - Overall, it was an evening full of joy, tastes, and surprises!!! We will be back for sure!!!
