To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Saw these yummy local pastries last time as I stepped out from this cha chaan teng after lunch, but I was too full and didn't have a chance to try them until today.Got 5 egg tarts and 5 pineapple lemon tarts. I personally like the cookie base egg tarts more, but their egg tarts didn't disappoint me at all! Saw these yummy local pastries last time as I stepped out from this cha chaan teng after lunch, but I was too full and didn't have a chance to try them until today.

Got 5 egg tarts and 5 pineapple lemon tarts. I personally like the cookie base egg tarts more, but their egg tarts didn't disappoint me at all! Even they were cold already, I still think they are very good egg tarts compare to the ones that I had before. As of the pineapple lemon tarts, I thought they're very heavy, but it is not at all! It is kind of like a lighter version of the local coconut tarts. Love it!

Food: ****/***** (would be nice if they're warm!)
Service: ****/***** (very smiley and polite staff in the pastry area! would be even better if they accept electronic payments)
