Was reminiscing about our Osaka shopping sprees and the Manneken waffles at Umeda station when Shopaholic commented that there’s a waffle shop at PMQ. We decided to go for brunch. Air-conditioned indoor seating about 4; balcony seats 3 (not in this weather tho, thanks). Big public seating in common area with industrial fan.Waffles were made to order. I ordered the ham and cheese and egg cake waffled sandwich. Immediately there was a scurry of activity as the 2 servers started whisking and frying

Waffles were made to order. I ordered the ham and cheese and egg cake waffled sandwich. Immediately there was a scurry of activity as the 2 servers started whisking and frying. After 5-10 minutes came the finished product- which was a pleasant surprise. Piping hot; taste was just right- perfectly balanced with the white Mayo sauce. I didn’t think I could finish all, but was so yummy I did.
One pasta on offer: duck breast spaghetti. Shopaholic had that. Fresh vegetables ans very sweet pearl tomatoes.
Watermelon fizz and hot flat white as drinks.
4 bite-sized waffles plus mint chocolate chip IceCream as dessert. Waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Thickness was just right.
In summary: would def come again whenever I have a waffle craving.
