My first time eating here was a year ago and even though I can eat pretty spicy, ordering the noodles at super spicy was one of my biggest regrets. This time, I ordered mild spicy (Which is already pretty spicy) noodles with fish balls, beef slices and pig intestines. The broth has a spicy sour taste. Noodles are chewy and the ingredients are perfectly cooked. I would also suggest for people to order the dried noodles (which are drizzled in chili oil, peanuts and garlic) in addition to the ingredients (which you can choose from the menu). I also ordered a side of stir fried potatos which are marinated in oil, crunchy in texture and had great flavor. THe restaurant interior is nothing to look at, simple/minimal decoration. Staff are very nice but will rush you if you sit there for ages as this is more of a quick turn type of restaurant. Quite a few patrons actually get their food to go. Will definiley visit more often.
