是次，吃巧克力

六月上旬‧晴其實這是一間很好的餅店，每次去澳門臨回程時總要在這裡買點東西才回來。麵包，好吃也多款式，吃巧克力還是首次。有椰絲在面的是St Martin，是焦糖巧克力，香甜；黑色波的是Ganache Manfan，幼滑而巧克力味非常香；金字塔的是熱情果巧克力，酸酸甜甜的不太膩；白色波的是紅莓，味道清新而跟偏甜的白巧克力味道幾夾。這個有水準的地方卻只得我在寫食評，奇怪。 continue reading
