「阿一豬扒酸辣米線」在香港同樣有分店。而這次在澳門吃到的「番茄湯牛肉水晶粉」，印象不差。爽口的水晶粉，掛滿了紅彤彤的香濃蕃茄湯，酸酸甜甜的滋味開胃之選。而牛肉也算是爽滑。最適合天氣悶氣胃口麻麻時吃。

一口氣試了好幾款比較乾身的食物，轉轉口味來碗湯粉好了。蕃茄湯牛肉水晶粉最喜歡這個湯底，又有新鮮蕃茄，微微的蕃茄酸，令湯底更鮮甜可口，不會過火，反而令人胃口大開，牛肉嫩滑，水晶粉本身亦是滑溜，只可惜蘸上湯水能力有限，如果換上陳村粉效果如何?可能會更吸引。

    當天也試了阿一豬扒酸辣米線的番茄湯牛肉水晶粉 ($50)，那紅艷艷色澤與酸甜口味本來吸引，不過經過拍照水晶粉泡得太久，難免影響了口感。始終，湯麵類都應該要趁熱快吃啊！
