Before deciding which tasting menu, we were set aside on a private corner next to our table, while enjoying the champagne(a little overpriced tho)and snacks (I like the foie gras moose).

Start with a heavy slice of rice bread, is moist, is simply aromatic. Smokey beet roots with the lovely roots sauce(the sauce is so good that I dip my bread in it just to finish the sauce).

Red prawn with its broth in jelly form and caviar, very powerful for the first dish. All the freshness, sweetness, saltiness, the ocean waves splash hard in my mouth. Tried lots of diff seafood mixing with caviar but nth like this.

Continue with the sweetness from ocean to land, we have pumpkin in four forms with scallop. Ordinary combination in the highest experience.

Follow with another seafood, lobster. Perfectly cooked, no doubt, great sauce, just I’m not a fan of that pasta, something of its flavour and texture.

Then I had the best chicken ever, the chicken itself taste amazing, is really is very good chicken and with the cooking technique, is so moist and juicy. Taste great enough with or without the truffle sauce. One thing only, the skin didn’t remain crispy.

Crisps with cheese, strawberry with soybean ice cream, chocolate combo, fruits coconut refresh, love it all, all simple nth too crazy, yet touches the heart, the flavour that’s melt in your mouth and melt you.

落左單無耐就有人推架麵包車過黎,係你面前好用力咁挖呢舊特製既新鮮法國牛油。可能我哋係第一枱,舊牛油又喺雪櫃拎出嚟冇耐,佢挖到面都紅晒,真係辛苦佢咯!呢架車上另一位主角係呢塊由法國新鮮運黎唔知有幾多穀既麵包(應該多過十穀!)每人只有一少片,應該好名貴。不過片多穀包又真係真材實料,”實的的”的,好飽肚!不過真係好麥好穀,唔係人人岩食。之後先再拎第二盤麵包出黎,有軟包同小法包2款,選擇比較少。盆麵包砌得好靚,好似藝術品咁。

成晚既重頭戲就係跟住呢碗名貴既地中海紅蝦凍配金魚子醬。單叫價值1000蚊一份!餐牌話signature menu既佢只係半份,但已經好夠喉。一圈厚厚既金魚子醬,被凍湯啫喱圍住,下面仲有好多既地中海紅蝦剌身,蝦刺身被蝦膏醬覆蓋着,呢個配搭係一絕既,好鮮甜好好味!不過本人覺得Robuchon既魚子醬好食啲。

跟住係蒸鴨肝、車厘子、大黃、烤法式牛油包,呢塊鴨肝做得好出色,入口好軟滑,無平時煎鴨肝既油膩感,而且仲無筋既。我朋友話好好食,食多塊都得!
食完鴨肝,之後有活締手線捕海鱸連魚鱗、翠玉瓜。魚囉,唔係特別出色。個堆綠色野係啲蔬菜囉,無乜美感。

佢地上菜動作 好優雅好齊,兩個人一人一碟放上枱再一齊揭開個蓋,好齊,幾好睇嫁其實!
我地有個唔食牛,大廚就煮左碟羊。應該係焗羊排配肉汁,我覺得呢個係成晚最好食!
呢舊羊肉有羊肉該有的羶味,個塊皮烤得特別香脆可口,同燒腩仔個層皮有幾分相似,不過係薄身版!真係超超超好食!係我食過最好食既羊肉呀!
另外香煎牛仔肉、雞油菌、番茄,有牛肉味既,但無驚喜。

先有草莓及覆盆子,鮮忌廉芝士雪芭,普通雪芭一杯,混感草莓醬同有新鮮大大粒覆盆子墊底。
跟住有咖啡、巴黎自家廠房朱古力、烤蕎麥。佢用左一大篇幅介紹呢個甜品,有雲呢拿雪糕,雪糕下面有啲可可咖啡粒,苦苦的同雪糕一齊食味道好夾好有口感!但其實主角係個可可殼!佢地既朱古力係喺巴黎自家朱古力廠房製造,咁個殼就係自家廠房加工運過黎,有個自家可可園咁話!但無得拎走既。
右下角個塊朱古力係你食完甜品飽到嘔既時候拎出黎,係Alain Ducasse at Morpheus個Logo,當然都係自家朱古力廠製造!拎到埋黎係你面前切比你睇,食下又好好食喎!係黑朱古力,𥚃面係啲碎左既咖啡豆,有口感好好食!真係好好食!可惜我真係飽只能食到2小塊,食唔哂,但佢唔會比你拎走.....只限堂食咁話。好浪費姐....
