從來冇試過秘魯菜嘅我哋🤣今次朋友聚會就揀咗呢一間餐廳😋食物多數都冇令我地失望‼️嚟到冇理由唔食佢哋嘅招牌烤雞半隻烤雞份量唔少 旁邊仲會有一啲薯條同埋底下仲有一啲紅薯做配菜烤雞食落香料味重 肉質唔會過鞋都幾好食😋而我本人比較鍾意呢一個特色餡餅 外皮酥脆而吾會過油入邊嘅餡料好多 味道豐富一碟有兩大件 適合同朋友分享呢個煙燻豬肉三文治🥪入邊啲豬肉好軟熟 一咬就斷配上生洋蔥同秘製醬汁 仲有香脆嘅麵包整體好夾 呢一個雞肉棒啖啖肉 外皮酥脆配上秘製嘅蛋黃醬 脆而不膩呢個雞翼略嫌普通 正正常常辣椒味唔出 只食到甜味 總括嚟講 未試過秘魯菜嘅可以一試價錢係中環區嚟講合宜尤其可以試吓佢哋個餡餅🥙 continue reading

天氣太熱,想食ceviche好似refreshing啲嘅野所以揀左呢度食晚飯嗌左3樣野,得一樣叫好食同有秘魯vibePork Tamal 秘魯豬肉粽用粟米蓉整成粽形狀,豬肉喺粽入面分量都幾多。粽入口質地軟身帶香料味,味道濃厚但唔會過咸,配上黃辣椒醬嘅味道幾夾,亦令本來帶少少嚡口嘅粟米蓉更好入口,全晚唯一好食!👍🏻Ceviche有紫洋蔥、粟米、生菜、蕃薯,上菜後要自己撈勻。seabass切得厚身大粒,但係嗰汁好酸好酸好酸,雖然本身道菜係用酸去生漬魚生,不過應該唔會咁酸到會揦喉嗰隻,真係食唔落半隻烤雞可以揀兩款配菜。如圖所見,沙律係非常普通得生菜紅洋蔥粟米加黑醋汁,薯條又係非常普通仲要唔係熱辣辣上枱嘅。隻烤雞就唔好講啦,秘魯味道唔知喺邊,仲要雞髀雞胸都唔熟,咁樣都叫招牌?menu option唔算多,位置又隔涉相信要食秘魯菜有其他更好更方便嘅選擇所以真係唔使試 continue reading
