唔係次次黎都咁好彩搵到車位泊車再加有位食lunch ! 由上年第一次食橋記後就愛上了橋記!雖然$70一個送連飯/米/面.... 但個送好大碗, 基本上我都食唔唒的, 但好味程到係我會食唒成碟飯 呢到每日賣既送都唔同既....但, 通常都會有牛尾, which ...this is my favourite 個葡式汁味道岩岩好, 再加埋入面既薯仔, 煮到入唒味, 雖然好飽都會食埋佢牛尾會炆到好lum同入味, 味道唔會太咸至於個椰汁豬梅肉, 呢個第一次食, 醋梅肉超超超lum !!!! 椰汁味好香 ! 係重奶味果款, 我好like ! 不過呢個一定要share 食, 如果唔係好漏, 但overall , 我係覺得呢間野好好食的 !! 味道好住家既感覺, 但又唔係一般茶記食到既野! 值得一試 !

至於個椰汁豬梅肉, 呢個第一次食, 醋梅肉超超超lum !!!! 椰汁味好香 ! 係重奶味果款, 我好like ! 
不過呢個一定要share 食, 如果唔係好漏, 但overall , 我係覺得呢間野好好食的 !! 
味道好住家既感覺, 但又唔係一般茶記食到既野! 值得一試 !

一大早入左路環散步,走著走著遇見這間茶餐廳,不由自主地入左去。環境簡單,牆壁上有不少佛語。我點了:豬扒湯麪: 豬扒和麪是分開上的,湯麪加了咖哩汁,我是嗜辣之人,略嫌辣味不足.麪質爽口.豬扒入口很重料酒的味道,反而吃不到肉味.整體很一般.熱奶茶:傳統沖法,奶,茶分上,自己沖,事實上我不喜歡這樣,因為自己沖得唔好味.價錢以今時今日的物價來說, 算是自相當合理. 阿姐服務也不錯.

今日天氣非常好呀! 所以大家就出去路環 吃飯.今日試的是一間舊式的美食店, 係路環的小巷裡面, 不過有人帶路所以很快便到步了! 好彩我們快到一步, 不用等位, 否則要烈日當空下慢慢等了!第一味黃薑煏豬梅肉, 炆得夠燜, 好香黃薑味第二味咖哩雞, 個雞好滑, 但咖哩味欠奉第三味煎豬肋骨, 推介呢個, 加埋個粒粒配菜(蕃茄, 洋蔥...) 正開餐囉!

有朋友晨早由香港黎,好難同佢地出去食嘢嘅情況下,去屋企附近嘅橋記食早餐變成不二之選 知朋友已寫食評,我又湊吓熱鬧寫吓當日自己食咗乜...奶茶唔多講,沿用呢種沖法嘅以我所知只有南灣間生利同呢到係咁。而油包 (唔記得影相),係用豬扒包果 d 豬仔包烘嘅。呢個通粉貴過普通清湯牛腩湯好多,原因唔係因為多咗件好有蛋汁嘅「爛蛋」,而係因為佢係蕃茄湯底。呢到所有涉及蕃茄湯底嘅食物都頗貴....................... 但亦因為係蕃茄湯底,雖然牛腩 d 咖哩辣,但佢地會減辣黎就個茄底通,咁成個通粉變得有辣味,又有蕃茄味,變得好味好多。

我只拍了一張相片來「介紹」我到澳門後的第一餐。當天早上大約 9時,我們一行 4人到達這需要問路人才知的餐廳。我點了下列食物:1. 咖哩牛腩通粉2. 油多3. 熱奶茶1. 咖哩牛腩通粉 - 吃罷後才記起還要拍照呢!咖哩很辣,牛腩很腍,令我想起在上環的九記。雖然我看到待應從雪柜拿出早已預備的通粉放到鍋中煮熱,但吃在口中時卻仍保持彈性。如覺得味道不夠辣(其實已相當辣了),在傳菜桌上還有一壺自製咖哩汁可以添辣。如怕辣,可托負責煮食的待應減辣(廚房是開放式廚房)。2. 油多 - 我從來未曾吃過這樣厚的油多。如相片所見,這雖然是厚切油多,但仍然收取普通油多的價錢。另外,難得整片油多的表面上塗滿了牛油。在上桌時熱烘烘之餘,仍有未完全被多士吸收的牛油在上面。3. 奶茶 - 沿用傳統的沖奶茶方法:給我一杯奶、一個杯子及小匙、網和一壺茶。沖的方式是 (放糖在茶壺裏) > (將杯內的奶倒進茶壺) > (用匙將茶和奶在壺裏攪伴) > (將網放在杯上) > (將茶倒在網上 - 茶壺裏的茶渣便會被隔開)。經過這些程序後,你便得到1.5杯由自己沖出的奶茶。可能澳門是用硬水的關係,喝

之前無登記做會員,食左都無評...今日講番上次9月份去橋記食lunch...同事話好正,於是放假果日同埋老公去食,我覺得唔好食,味精太多,食完之後渴足兩日,喉嚨好似長期含住一啖鹽咁!豬手沙律賣相好吸引,但食落口係最多味精的一樣餸!同埋價錢太貴,地方唔好坐!因為都9月去過,太耐唔記得食左什麼,只記得果餐最好食的就是白飯!果次之後,我唔會再去了!
