新年遇著友人新店開業，在這家燒爉店訂了頭燒乳豬。乳豬皮燒得香脆可口，豬肉卻仍保持豐厚的肉汁，皮與肉夾著的脂肪共沒有很厚，但一口咬下去仍能吃到油香，加上酥脆的皮和嫩滑的肉，口感層次豐富，就連不愛吃肉的我也吃得津津有味。 continue reading
