新年遇著友人新店開業,在這家燒爉店訂了頭燒乳豬。乳豬皮燒得香脆可口,豬肉卻仍保持豐厚的肉汁,皮與肉夾著的脂肪共沒有很厚,但一口咬下去仍能吃到油香,加上酥脆的皮和嫩滑的肉,口感層次豐富,就連不愛吃肉的我也吃得津津有味。
