今次係第一次寫食評,唔寫對唔住大家!如果有SEARCH 過呢個餐廳名,就會知以前花城區有間一樣既店,同樣係夾埋的士司機昆遊客。 又一個豬咗既客比人劏 (係我)!入到去就FEEL 到出出地事,星期五晚得一枱客。又話LOCAL 都食?OK,當咁啱冇人。睇完個MENU 上網SEARCH 下有咩推薦菜式。。。 個心即刻沉到落谷底。 但諗下附近都應該冇乜餐廳可以打救我地,唯有勇字當頭,照落單。2 個人叫咗 4 樣,$500+:白酒蜆 - 偏咸,用法包點汁都晒咗個包蒜蓉法包 - 比較有驚喜,同平時既唔同,唔太覺有蒜蓉顆粒,因為好"蓉"同似用熟蒜,都幾香口蒜蓉炒椰菜 - 出晒水,同CANTEEN 個啲伴碟菜係朋友。隔離枱仲叫清炒椰菜,只能講句god bless you!燒乳豬 - 剛上碟既時間可能廚房趕住出,舊肉食到一半就凍咗,不過不減佢既味道。叫侍應拎去番熱,咁廚房唔係HEA 煮熱,而係重新上過色,再番烤過。呢個值得一讚,雖然用既豬係中豬唔係乳豬,但係番烤之後係入味且香脆。肥瘦參半,肉質都算嫩滑。至於話值唔值得食,我就覺得一半半啦。 continue reading

的士司機介紹去呢度食,話呢間嘢正宗又好食,仲主動幫我地打電話去留位,心想當地人介紹都唔會差得去邊,開門踏入竟然,晚餐時段都竟然冇客?!算啦,可能唔係遊客區,所以靜啲呢,自我安慰中!兩個人食,點咗一份葡式大蝦 一份牛肋骨同一份乳豬炒飯!大蝦同牛肋骨都係同一個汁,大蝦應該係白烚熟咗後淋汁,牛肋骨就應該係求其煎熟咗再淋相同嘅汁,兩樣嘢都係,如果唔點汁就根本係冇味!個所謂乳豬炒飯就係茶記嘅普通西炒飯上面放幾舊乳豬上去!埋單仲要7百幾蚊,完全感覺係中伏,一定唔會再去食,更建意身邊朋友千祈唔好相信當地嘅司機,佢地可能帶客過去會有佣收! continue reading
