Day trip to Macau with some American friends, and we wanted dim sum. GEM was near the ferry terminal and had the atmosphere of a Cantonese seafood restaurant (nice tablecloths, plush chairs, delicate tea ware). Prices are 22 for small, 32 for medium, 42 for large, and more for noodles and special items. We were most impressed by the cha siu cheung fun and the pan fried pork dumplings with the rice paper topping (zhaozi) and it was a good way to start the day. A little empty but overall a reasonable experience.

又係澳門篇，平時話去食乜嘢通常都係我話事，今次去嗰個地方呢就比較少去，就真係唔知食乜。上網見過有幾間酒樓喺附近，諗住求其一間。點知最微個客有介紹，咁就去咗佢介紹嗰間。去到嗰陣時候睇咗個名都即刻想上網睇下有冇人介紹，原來無人介紹過，食評冇人寫過喎，但係估唔到原來質素幾好。佢雖然係賭場嘅其中一部份，只係搵啲板間住，位置唔算話10分舒適，但係都可以。點心大概有二十幾30款，價錢就係中上，佢食嘅點心都算高尚，鮑魚燒賣又或者帶子餃，都算係靚d嘅點心。買上邊粒鮑魚都幾煙韌，味道似罐頭鮑，下面嘅豬肉燒賣都好味，肉身口感，但係相對帶子餃嘅爽，佢就爭小小。重點推介係呢一個帶子餃，皮薄，雪白色，型狀似蝴蝶型。下面係鮮蝦，有兩三隻蝦，味道好甜，好爽。再配埋上面隻帶子，好夾。仲有想介紹一下嘅係呢一個羅漢齋腸粉，平時我揀開就淨係會揀叉燒腸或者牛肉腸。素腸就係第一次，原來都幾好食，入邊會有啲木耳，竹笙，仲有其他嘅齋，咬落去有幾程不同程度的爽脆素類，另有一番風味。帶子荔芋角--雖然覺得上面個帶子唔係好夾，但係佢芋角真係做得幾好，外面嗰層好鬆脆，入邊除左芋蓉外仲有肉碎同冬菇粒。但係我就覺得芋蓉唔夠多，多d好味d姐。如果平時無人介紹，我真係唔會去到呢度食，因為佢係一個賭場上邊，而且無知名度。但係有熟人介紹嘅，一定係有番甘上下質料嘅。
