Day trip to Macau with some American friends, and we wanted dim sum. GEM was near the ferry terminal and had the atmosphere of a Cantonese seafood restaurant (nice tablecloths, plush chairs, delicate tea ware). Prices are 22 for small, 32 for medium, 42 for large, and more for noodles and special items.
