For birthday celebration, this restaurant is a great to go for. Atmosphere is great, not much customer as it’s in studio city which it’s not the main hotel in macau.We ordered a 2 persons dinner set, and some sushi, since the set is not the most expensive one in the menu, we don’t expect it to be fantastic as well. However their sashimi were quite good, very fresh and yum. The lobster was average and the grilled chicken with rice stuffing, I would not recommend. Dessert- strawberry sorbet 👍🏻👍🏻 v

The starter 's average. But the main's spot on!!
The roast spring chicken with black truffle rice is the signature dish! And I didn't expect the chicken could be that exceptional!! The chicken s so juicy and tender but the skin s crunchy!! The rice looks plain but it s heaven!!! Rich flavour of black truffle and the rice s just so right!!
And The raw fish on sushi rice s delicious ! The raw fish s freshly from Japan! It's just so fresh!!

We definitely will go again!!

這個海鮮飯的顔色實在太美了
整個粉紅色調讓人倍感幸福
海鮮種類頗多 但分量就太少 飯的分量少到幾乎看不到 但海鮮算是每款都頗新鮮 飯也添了微微的醋 wasabi質素也不錯 吃著這個超級滿足

有紅燒鮑魚、拖羅、醬油小章魚、蛋、牡丹蝦、比目魚及吞拿魚共七款,刺身最基本的要求就是新鮮,當然絕對沒有問題,反而在細微處看出功夫,其中最欣賞那頁巧的丁方的蛋件,鮮甜彈牙,原來是加入了魚漿及淮山去焗,難怪香味出眾;另外小章魚是季節性海產,下次未必可以再遇上;再望望伴碟,有日本胡椒花、雕花南瓜、蓮花莖及薑花,每件都是睇得又食得。

今次選用了波士頓龍蝦,每位足有半隻,師傅事前已將蝦膏取出,待龍蝦用鐵板燒處理好之後,再放上龍蝦肉面,既細心又不會浪費,實在很欣賞日本人在食材上的認真及尊重,而龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,沾上了龍蝦膏,味道就更濃郁。

其實很想吃日本水果,單是那個蜜瓜,已經芳香四溢,清新甜美,不過是日沒有供應,真可惜,只好點了兩球雪糕,只是簡單的草莓及香草味,入口順滑,清甜馥郁,令人很開心的壓軸。
說起來,整個套餐只不過 $1,050,已經包含了龍蝦、鮑魚、牡丹蝦及和牛等優質食材,換了在香港的同級餐廳,相信要過 $1,500了,今時今日既澳門酒店,已經不再是單靠賭場來吸引香港人,反而是令人可以在短短的兩三天中,輕輕鬆鬆的渡過,為緊張的生活充電,又何必幾日假期都要頻頻撲撲飛來飛去吖!
