We were in a rush to have a quick dinner before heading to see a show.We ordered quite a bit of food. Jap chae, Galbi, spicy chicken & cheese, half ginseng chicken soup, beef Bibimbap and stir fry beef with veggies.The dishes came pretty quickly. The spicy chicken had good strong flavor. Galbi was too chewy, Ginseng chicken was very light in flavor but still pretty decent. Beef with veggies a little too salty. Bibimbap was good as were jap chae. Not really authentic, a bit on the pricier side

The dishes came pretty quickly. The spicy chicken had good strong flavor. Galbi was too chewy, Ginseng chicken was very light in flavor but still pretty decent. Beef with veggies a little too salty. Bibimbap was good as were jap chae.

Not really authentic, a bit on the pricier side for Korean but considered cheap because of location.

Our bill came to $1200. Parents were satisfied and we got to our show with time to spare.

澳門真的有很多韓國餐廳，在澳門吃韓國菜已經好像是理所當然的了一個人到新濠天地Soho，就試試這韓家得蔘雞湯吧店内毎檯客人也點石鍋拌飯 (Mop128)，跟著點了一個，石鍋送來時熱熱的，配料超豐富，趕緊加入辣醬拌好石鍋熱度足使飯可以結成飯焦，飯焦香脆可口呢，辣醬一點也不辣，卻能提升味道前菜小碟除泡菜外還有醬油漬蒜頭及糖漬蓮藕，都很好吃

前菜小碟除泡菜外還有醬油漬蒜頭及糖漬蓮藕，都很好吃

去到澳門新濠天地新開既蘇濠行行,發現客人真的很少,餐廳選擇就幾多,部份係香港過來開的,未算太吸引.行左幾個圈,都唔知食咩好.最後簡左呢間叫韓家得蔘雞湯.MENU中就只有3款食物選擇,炸雞,大醬湯同埋石鍋伴飯.玩到咁專,應該好食既.....就叫個$228 炸雞套餐,雞有辣有唔辣.我就當然簡辣呢,炸雞拆大大件,樣子好似無咩殺傷力,心諗咁都叫辣雞,點知一食就辣到噴火,即刻想搵滅火筒.雞肉都有不少肉汁,唔太油膩,算炸得幾好.套餐包左細細支啤酒,唔夠我飲3口.即係迫住我消費~不過最緊要食得開心和味道好.食完之後見到好多人玩呢個支體動作既遊戲,好有趣(圖中不是我,我會再瘦好多).

    中環的Soho區是個密集式的飲食地帶，如果諗爆頭都唔知食咩，在那裡必定能挑選出合口味的美食。早前小彤到訪澳門，發現澳門都有蘇濠。新濠天地除了有招牌節目水舞間表演外，於2014年8月初全新開設了餐飲娛樂專區── 蘇濠 Soho Macau，除了有16間中西餐廳及酒吧外，不定時還有現場表演。一步都唔駛離開新濠天地就可以食勻唔同國家的菜式。走進位於二樓的室內美食區，彷彿踏進了平行時空裡，不同國家的建築物竟然出現在眼前。每間餐廳也各具特式。喜歡睇《來自星星的你》或哈韓的朋友，唔駛大排長籠啦，在澳門Soho Macau的韓國餐廳韓家得蔘雞湯提供正宗韓食，必要試吃的當然是韓式油炸雞。少不了石鍋拌飯，地道正宗的韓國味道。還有鮑魚蔘雞湯，Yummy又滋補。除了在餐廳及酒吧食飯和飲酒外，Soho Macau 不定時還有現場表演，這次剛巧碰到街舞表演，氣氛熱鬧，甚至有外地人和他們一起跳呢!下次去澳門玩，又多一個地方可以食餐好啦!

     食落口果時要小心啲，因為入邊係超熱的，加上非常脆口，有個女同事驚熱氣唔食，但個待應就講可以配人蔘漿伴雞，咁會無咁熱氣，到最後女同事信左，照食，甜甜地苦苦地既人蔘漿真係幾夾，先唔講係唔係無咁熱氣 (數同燒嘢食加蜜糖會無咁熱氣)，但呢種人蔘漿應該配辣味雞，(忘了講，佢啲炸雞可分辣同唔辣兩種)，會令辣度無咁高，易入口好多。
    Overall係滿意的一餐，不過埋單時先知原來中銀有75%，即刻件事抵左，再滿意左。

      This time I visited two restaurants under Shelter Group, Hongjiade Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup & EL Pinball Mexican Restaurant. The Korean one is among other restaurants in Soho, while the Mexcian one is totally on the other side, near McDonald's.

      We tried Korean-style fried chicken in both original and spicy version, and came to an agreement that spicy version was more tasty. In general, I could not differentiate a lot from Korean fried chicken to others; it was fried with a thiner layer of flour; the same crispy, the same 'less-fat' or 'less-oily', the same juiciness and tenderness of chicken. The only difference was the seasoning. It's not Kimchi-spicy but still the Korean spice which combined the right level of sweet, salty and spicy. It was not so firing at the beginning, but you would feel that actually strong enough to impress you and to burn your mouth, if you just keep on having them. And I just had a guess that they even marinated the chicken with the same seasoning sauce before putting it into fried oil, so that the taste could go such deeply and last inside the chicken. Besides, the side-dish potato and the sauce were also so outstanding!!! Soften and warm of deep-fried potato, and I thought it's mayonnaise but actually mustard to reduce greasy feeling of the sauce.

      To be honest, I was a bit shocked by the price, especially recalling the size of the bowl. The overall taste of this typical Korean mixed rice dish was in a good quality but just seemed more like a Korean tradition food with simple ingredients, but nothing specially worthy to the charge.

        我晚了起床的關係，已經要遲到了！先叫朋友們邊吃東西邊等我吧，至於朋友們吃的部份我就不多做記錄了我跟Andy點了兩樣分著吃，就是石鍋拌飯 及 海鮮大醬湯，朋友向我們推薦它們家的炸雞也不錯吃就多點一份跟大家分著吃吧，是辣口味的喔～平常吃到的石鍋拌飯﹝MOP$128﹞都是帶有肉的，而這個是素的唷但配料也超級豐富嘛，有不少爽爽脆脆的果蔬，還有些飯焦之不過他不能吃辣的關係，沒放辣醬進去就有點可惜了海鮮大醬湯﹝MOP$148﹞有半隻螃蟹在裡面耶，還有不少的大蜆啊湯頭喝起來很鮮甜帶微辣的，很順口好喝同時也很醒胃啊再配一小碗飯吃，好飽足嚕最後就是辣油炸雞﹝MOP$180﹞了，不知道為什麼它的名字好像怪怪的但炸得很香脆而不油呢，雞肉很嫩滑，辣度是慢慢滲透出來的那種而底下的薯格也好吃，整盤都給我們吃光了上次來這邊時，以為餐廳不多的啊不過仔細一看其他有很多特色的店家

        但配料也超級豐富嘛，有不少爽爽脆脆的果蔬，還有些飯焦
