《香煎加拿大豬扒》
煎至微微金黃色的豬扒,肉質不柴有咬口且保持肉汁,吃起來瘦中帶少少肥脂邊😋而肉本身的調味也挺足,再蘸一下配搭的黑椒醬汁讓味道變得更濃厚,加上旁邊酸酸甜甜的焦糖蘋果和炒法邊豆一起吃更起解油膩的作用😆可惜是扒的厚度一般,如果再厚一點會更有咀嚼感~而整體份量有點少,比較適合小鳥胃的朋友們,但對餓鳥來說就不太飽,感覺要吃多一份才行呢🥹

星期一指定主菜係我最想試的 美國谷飼牛扒 ,五成熟剛剛好,本身牛味濃,搽上配埋牛油香味較重,未算特別嫩身,但肉質柔軟,還不錯的說!粗薯條炸得香脆,份量幾多下,整份食晒已經好飽,食完牛扒和薯條,再食伴碟的沙律🥗清清油膩感,不錯不錯👍,個人覺得飲品方面搭配酒或茶會夾啲。

發現酒店內餐廳越來越抵食,整體來講味道不錯,用餐環境安靜舒服,服務又好,假如套餐跟杯紅酒🍷,性價比更高更正。午市套餐指定得一款主菜,兩個人食的話,叫兩份一樣好似有啲重複,今次另外單點份意粉,雖然最後覺得套餐抵食啲,難得放假開心最重要😜。

咸點方面,有法式鹹批,煙三文魚貝果包,青瓜三民治等,最好味的是煙三文魚貝果,三民魚不怕腥咸咸香香很醒神 ,青瓜三民治意外地好吃,青瓜很青甜爽脆夾著面包及忌廉芝士一同吃很美味。而咸批的芝士味很濃,但稍為膩了點。甜點有鬆餅,葡撻,泡芙,朱古力蛋糕,鮮草莓配忌廉等等。鬆餅皮脆牛油味濃,配上果醬及奶油令鬆餅不會太乾味道剛剛好。葡撻夠脆不怕太甜,而朱古力蛋糕味道濃郁配咖啡最夾。最下層的草莓很大粒很新鮮,配上鮮忌廉酸酸甜甜剛好中和其他甜點的甜膩,令整個下午茶清爽很多。唯一要彈的是他們的咖啡味道不夠香,可惜。

My favourite was the green macaron, which is tea flavoured, filled with a delicious chewy cherry in the middle that was a surprise because I thought it was just brown ganache in the middle.

The strawberry rose was also similar with a piece of strawberry in the strawberry rose filling.

The blue one was chocolate and coffee, which was dusted with poppy seeds that guys will like because it is not that sweet.

幸福的週末午後,在澳門君悅酒店品嚐豐盛下午茶。一邊享受悠然的時光,一邊欣賞大堂的裝置藝術作品,當下一刻,十分美好。每次經過新濠天地內的 Grand Hyatt Macau,我總會忍不住放慢腳步,眼光不期然地停留在大堂的巨型藝術品上。是香港雕塑家李展輝的「雲雨舞」,早已在不同的藝術展中看過他的作品,但如此大型,還是首次見到,氣勢極為磅礡。 趁著這次的澳門之旅有個小空檔,午後特意來 Grand Hyatt 享受經典水療按摩及享用下午茶。坐在大堂旁的精餅店 Patisserie,正好可以仔細觀賞「雲雨舞」。 精餅店 Patisserie 的下午茶架沿用集團經典的五層高銀葉子茶架,與香港同系酒店的一樣,份外親切。 除了甜咸點,這裡的特別之處是加了兩籠中式點心。看著似乎有點違和感,但最奇怪是,一看到點心,我便第一時間、毫不猶豫地夾下,很喜歡包了新鮮大蝦的燒賣。原來在潛意識中,我早已接受這種配搭,而且實在美味。先來口暖暖的點心填一下肚子,再吃甜咸點,也實在不錯呢。 特別喜歡頂層的鮮雜莓忌廉杯,將雜莓蘸上幼滑的忌廉一起吃,酸酸甜甜,相當醒胃。朱古力撻可可味濃郁,泡芙味道清新,葡式雲呢拿及開心果蛋撻、

除了甜咸點,這裡的特別之處是加了兩籠中式點心。

看著似乎有點違和感,但最奇怪是,一看到點心,我便第一時間、毫不猶豫地夾下,很喜歡包了新鮮大蝦的燒賣。原來在潛意識中,我早已接受這種配搭,而且實在美味。先來口暖暖的點心填一下肚子,再吃甜咸點,也實在不錯呢。

特別喜歡頂層的鮮雜莓忌廉杯,將雜莓蘸上幼滑的忌廉一起吃,酸酸甜甜,相當醒胃。

朱古力撻可可味濃郁,泡芙味道清新,葡式雲呢拿及開心果蛋撻、英式提子酥餅也很不錯。

要讚的是,這裡的甜點甜度都屬輕怡級,不會膩。

至於咸點中的法式鹹批、蘑菇芝士鹹餅、三文治,也很有水準,深受Simon這個不太好甜的男生喜愛。

精餅店Patisserie下午茶套餐價錢為MOP 428/set(所有價格均以澳門幣計算,另收10%服務費及5%政府稅),除上述食物外,還包兩款飲品。

在君悅遇上安德魯的味道

另外,這裡的葡撻亦很有名。因為澳門安德魯葡撻的創辦人安德魯先生,曾在君悅酒店前身的凱悅酒店工作,所以酒店沿用了他的秘方。

於是,我們每人都點了一個。葡撻的多層酥皮層層分明,非常鬆化,餡料滑溜,口味較清新,香甜而不膩。值得試試。

趁著老妹說要到訪澳門,我嘛...當然趁機把握機會出門去小旅行啦剛巧碰到酒店有打折優惠就來訪新濠天地這邊啦,中間發生了小插曲需要找個地方歇歇磨時間啦每次路過到裡面吃飯時都會看到這咖啡廳,由於CHECK-IN晚了只好晃過來吃件蛋糕 喝杯茶等嚕,挑高的大廳空間很寫意喜歡,坐在寬敞的梳化賴一下精餅店那邊有8款蛋糕 馬卡龍 巧克力等等的選擇還有這邊有名的葡撻 只是索價不低 暫時就無緣去嚐試了跟妹妹各挑了件自己想吃的,反正都不餓...只是要磨時間開心果士多啤梨芝士撻﹝MOP$38﹞這樣看過去 蛋糕分成兩層,上層是酸甜的慕絲而底下是酥脆偏扎實的撻皮,柔滑的慕絲餡帶有清新的開心果香 印象普普可能我們對好吃的門檻很高 這次總算把戰鬥力降到零熱情果椰子青檸撻﹝MOP$38﹞純粹因為它的外觀很美而選的,說是覆盆子撻也相信吧酥脆的撻底 配 偏酸的覆盆子 整件都是以莓果的酸為主導~ 老實說 兩件都沒有很喜歡很多時候在酒店吃蛋糕的話,普遍都是收10%服務費,而這裡則收15%服務費也不是多付很多啦,只是很好奇...為什麼不一樣的呢~!
