因為屋企人睇錯資料,山長水遠由氹仔嚟到食呢間老記粥麵,嚟到發現係米芝蓮推介餐廳,之後睇下食評有咩餸好食,發現大家推介嘅餸都好唔同,而個menu真係超多嘢食揀,唔知嗌咩食就隨心叫啲鍾意嘅餸試下:水蟹粥,可能係全澳門最好食嘅!粥底夠綿,蟹肉唔削多膏,好鮮甜!我見好多當地嘅街坊都叫咗!魷魚炒麵,有得揀濕炒定乾炒,我哋揀咗乾嘅,澳門啲魷魚真係好肥美,又大條又爽口彈牙,平時最驚啲硬嘅炒麵有油益味,呢度完全唔覺,麵身好爽脆,配埋個好惹味又適量嘅芡汁,真係冇得輸👍🏻生啫黃鱔煲,一上枱滋滋聲,見得到嘅鑊氣!黃鱔好鮮好香,如果大舊肉啲就仲開心~菜乾豬肺湯,呢個真係懷舊味道,菜乾豬肺味邊個都搶唔到對方,豬肺好乾淨一啲腥味都冇,係飲得出嘅心機同誠意!雜薈炒河,係好足料嘅雜薈!有鮮魷、豬雜、雞肉~籠仔膏蟹蒸糯米飯,不得了地多膏,仲要唔係剩係隻蟹好食,個飯底都超好食,個飯充滿住碎嘅薑蔥,啖啖都好惹味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻終於都明點解啲食評個個都推介唔同嘅嘢食,因為求其嗌每一味餸都好好食🤤呢餐飯真係食得好開心,好有回憶嘅味道,係食得出嘅心機,侍應亦招呼得好好,見到街坊之間嘅交流都好有人情味,下次有機會嚟澳門都要再食!

係Google map無意中search到呢間有4星米芝連餐廳😯想食水蟹粥 決定試吓佢!入面裝修都幾靚 古色古香Menu都好多野食 水蟹粥有得拼其他餸亦有其他小菜粉麵叫 仲要唔使加一!水蟹田雞粥(細窩) ($198)按人數可以決定揀大定細窩配埋田雞成個粥更加甜 正😋都好足料 蟹同田雞都好肉地細窩都好大兜 2-3人食都夠翅湯竹笙什菇浸花甲煲 ($128)翅味就唔係好食到😂不過個湯好飲入面有好多花甲同菇 竹笙都好爽口又係好足料嘅一煲😎椒鹽粟米 ($75)勁惹味 又係份量大好香口 食完一舊想再食多舊😋蠔仔煎蛋角 ($98)原本有d expect 好似煎蠔餅咁不過唔係😂 似菜圃蛋但入面變左蠔仔都多蠔仔 不過整體冇咩味有魚露點下會好食dOverall每樣野水準都唔錯特別係水蟹粥真係值得一試唔近旅遊區 但味道更好👍🏼

來到這食店縱使已是深宵一時多,但食店裡仍是高朋滿座,咱們也要稍後一會才得以安排入內。🤤生劏水蟹粥 - 常常聽說到澳門也會去吃蟹粥,這次卻是小的首次,粥底煲得極綿,蟹有兩隻,肉質鮮甜,不錯。🤤海哲拼燻蹄 - 很久沒吃過的冷盤,海哲彈性十足,燻蹄爽口,放在底部的炸花生無論淨吃或佐粥吃也是很滋味。。🤤避風塘九吐魚 - 魚肉雖然炸過,但仍保持肉質嫩滑,此菜帶點辣勁呢。🤤牛腩菜 - 牛腩瘦多過肥,肉質軟淋,牛筋仍然保持質感,墊在底部的菜拌著腩汁同吃,比起下蠔油吃時更勝一籌。🤤金牌炸雲吞 - 非常酥脆,蝦子彈力很好,蘸上酸甜醬同吃更佳。🤤干燒伊麵 - 不油不膩,吃罷碟底也不會太油亮。🤤豉椒骨炒麵 - 惹味的豉汁排骨,炒麵其實是炸的,非常繃脆呢。

今日一心諗住去沙梨頭食水蟹粥,坐的士去竟然到冇開門,我們就叫司機車我們去筷子基看看其它餐廳。行行下見到這間麵舖,原來係米芝蓮推介餐廳,未夠7點門口已經有人等位。第左一陣就有位,店子不大,但坐滿人。有水蟹粥,我們就叫了一碗,份量不大,剛剛好,一隻水蟹,粥底黃色的,就是蟹的顏色,粥底好綿密,好甜呀,有d韮黃,食到蟹膏的味道,蟹也是鮮甜的。蜆芥鯪魚球,不是好大粒,炸到香脆,加埋蜆芥醬一齊好好味,唔會腥同埋夠彈牙。魚雲煲,好香呀,好多薑同葱,魚雲入味,好惹味,正呀!!雞煲,雞切得好細件,冇咩口感,味道也是好香又惹味。

難得奶奶同朋友過黎澳門工作我同老公就同佢地食餐飯佢地之前已經食左葡菜所以帶佢地試下老記咁啱我地又想食一行六人 早一日打去訂位因為有訂位 餐廳比左個小偏廳房我地稍稍同大廳有屏逢分隔 無咁嘈由我地發板 嗌哂想食既野嗌左九個餸 兩個蝦子麵大家share仲有個二人份蠔仔粥(無影到相)二人份蠔仔粥已經夠六人分 一人一碗想像唔到如果嗌六至八人份量係有幾大總括黎講 野食都幾唔錯 價錢都唔算貴椒鹽粟米必嗌水蟹蒸蛋都好食蝦子麵爽口 蝦子亦夠多招呼服務亦不錯加茶收碟都快有下次
