來到這食店縱使已是深宵一時多,但食店裡仍是高朋滿座,咱們也要稍後一會才得以安排入內。🤤生劏水蟹粥 - 常常聽說到澳門也會去吃蟹粥,這次卻是小的首次,粥底煲得極綿,蟹有兩隻,肉質鮮甜,不錯。🤤海哲拼燻蹄 - 很久沒吃過的冷盤,海哲彈性十足,燻蹄爽口,放在底部的炸花生無論淨吃或佐粥吃也是很滋味。。🤤避風塘九吐魚 - 魚肉雖然炸過,但仍保持肉質嫩滑,此菜帶點辣勁呢。🤤牛腩菜 - 牛腩瘦多過肥,肉質軟淋,牛筋仍然保持質感,墊在底部的菜拌著腩汁同吃,比起下蠔油吃時更勝一籌。🤤金牌炸雲吞 - 非常酥脆,蝦子彈力很好,蘸上酸甜醬同吃更佳。🤤干燒伊麵 - 不油不膩,吃罷碟底也不會太油亮。🤤豉椒骨炒麵 - 惹味的豉汁排骨,炒麵其實是炸的,非常繃脆呢。

今日一心諗住去沙梨頭食水蟹粥,坐的士去竟然到冇開門,我們就叫司機車我們去筷子基看看其它餐廳。行行下見到這間麵舖,原來係米芝蓮推介餐廳,未夠7點門口已經有人等位。第左一陣就有位,店子不大,但坐滿人。有水蟹粥,我們就叫了一碗,份量不大,剛剛好,一隻水蟹,粥底黃色的,就是蟹的顏色,粥底好綿密,好甜呀,有d韮黃,食到蟹膏的味道,蟹也是鮮甜的。蜆芥鯪魚球,不是好大粒,炸到香脆,加埋蜆芥醬一齊好好味,唔會腥同埋夠彈牙。魚雲煲,好香呀,好多薑同葱,魚雲入味,好惹味,正呀!!雞煲,雞切得好細件,冇咩口感,味道也是好香又惹味。

來到了旅程的尾聲,由於塞車的關係,所以就在附近找一間食店進餐後回香港,就去到了「老記粥麵」。內部的裝潢都有一些古色古香的味道,磚牆似的外牆,還有一些木製的裝潢,空間感都幾大,每一個位都不會有迫的感覺。餐牌的選擇都幾多,大路的粉麵類和粥類,還有很多的小炒類的食物,我都叫了蠔仔炒麵、火鴨絲泡飯和蒜蓉炒生菜。蠔仔炒麵蠔仔的數量不太多,反而雞肉比較多,好像是雞肉炒麵似的,而且麵身也不炒得這樣乾身,比不上午餐時在「百福麵家」的肉絲炒麵的狀態。火鴨絲泡飯這個火鴨絲泡飯的材料都幾多,食落都幾重的鴨肉味,但湯底的胡椒粉味比較重,令辣感重了一些,味道的平衡都失去了。蒜蓉炒生菜簡單菜式,生菜都炒得非常爽口,感覺可以。由於時間的關係,一食完就立即離開了,但這店的服務員非常有禮,手腳都非常明快,而看到本地人多數都是叫粥粉麵類的食物,可能再有機會時再來試試這店的這一類食物。

同樣的菜式能配搭很多不一樣的,只差一個字 落差可以很大
這天選了菜,腍甜無渣的菜心 店家還細心把 葉 跟 莖切開
因為我比較喜歡吃 莖的部份啦~

牛腩有著濃郁的咖哩香,很夠味

到澳門工作, 晚飯過後, 對著澳門這個不夜天, 難免會有點心野的感覺。不過這並是跟賭博有關, 而是想找點東西吃。這裡宵夜東如天上繁星, 但如要數老牌店的話, 絕對非這家莫屬。其實餐廳就位於新葡京後面妯巷之內, 半夜依然燈光通明, 裝潢經過翻新, 但是依然用上古舊的石磚作裝飾。燒乳鴿, 其實是以炸來製作的。炸得不錯, 外脆內裡還有汁, 感覺很好。不過價錢不便宜呀!可愛的豉油雞, 皮中滲出油香, 而帶點點的甜味。油雞肉質幼嫩, 軟稔, 不過胸肉部分質料比較嚡一點。腐竹菜煲, 入面夾雜著一些豬肚。湯底甜口, 腐竹不算滑溜, 不過豆香不錯。豬肚爽口有嚼勁, 感覺不錯。乾炒牛河, 炒功不錯。河粉炒開, 條條分明但油份不為過。河粉色澤均勻而有鑊氣, 加上銀芽蔥段, 口感多一份爽嫩。牛肉肉質雖然給鬆過, 不過走油成形, 令其有好一點的質感。整體感覺很可以。雖然這裡菜式水平與炒鑊功夫真的不俗, 不過收費卻是我在澳門中遇過最貴的宵夜。這樣的餸, 兩個人吃, 每人都要近HK$300, 可知澳門街平均也比香港便宜, 這個收費真的是過高了。

They’re not as curly and are also slightly thicker in strands, also less elastic in texture though remaining bitey. It reminds me of Capelli d'angelo pasta. So Far The Best Macau ‘Watery’ Mangroves Crab Congee 生劏水蟹粥 – MOP 57
Having tried quite a few Crab Congees using the Mangroves crab when it swells up by absorbing more water before it moults, I have to say the one here easily beats the competition with its depth of sweetness and no traces of MSG. The rice congee consistency is also viscous but not artificially thickened up and with just a tad of crab roe to make it 3 dimensional. Yum! ~ 10/10

Prawn Roes on Hand Made Noodles,
with Wonton and Soup - Around $50 for the combo
This looked amazing when it arrived. I would love to fabricate a story and sensationalize to you how this was PERFECT, but it wasn’t and not my style. The shrimp roes were tasty and not too overly toasty or fishy, nor unlike some other shops that sprinkles on top aplenty but tastes like nothing much! Tick! Wontons were very good, no complaints. The noodles weren’t bad and cooked al dente, but needed more sauce and lard oil to lubricate as they stuck together. The only downfall but at least it carried noodles taste. ~ 7/10

Beautiful looking Wonton -
With both Pork and Prawns, something u won’t find in the famous Mak’s Noodles in Hong Kong (made using Flounder Floss & Prawns only, citing reasons of pork and prawns taking diff time to cook). The soup here however was not up to the best in HK’s standards.

This Noodles Shop is so interesting -
The design is meant to revoke memories of an old noodles shop, it’s all a little theatrical. It doesn’t get much reviews or visits either by foodies except for Macanese locals. Not surprisingly it finally got a mention in the Michelin Guide, as any taxi driver will tell you this is one of the best noodle & congee places on this remote side of town.
