自己同女友一向都好鍾意食Omakase,最近就試咗呢間位於佐敦寧波街嘅隱世 Omakase。餐廳雖然面積唔大,但係都設有吧枱同卡位,餐牌提供 $588-$1888 套餐,最後揀咗入門廚師發板套餐,套餐有五道菜,有沙律、兩款海鮮、一款肉類、炒飯及甜品。沙律係煙三文魚伴沙律菜,煙三文魚夠肥美,配搭酸酸甜甜嘅蔬果同黑醋,非常提神醒胃。海鮮每人有二款,我哋就揀咗帶子、元貝、鮑魚同東升斑 Share 食。自己超鍾意呢個元貝,肥大肉厚之餘牛油醬汁味道濃郁惹味,最後連啲汁都飲埋 🤭 鮑魚同東升斑入口亦非常軟嫩。黑豚扒入口即化油香滿溢 🤤 食過返唔到轉頭。澳洲牛柳粒揀咗五成熟,肉汁飽滿肉味濃郁,而且可以配搭碟上多種配菜一齊食。非常足料嘅海鮮炒飯。呢個白鱔係另外單點,鱔肉好肥美,就咁食鮮味十足,想滋味啲可以點上旁邊嘅海鹽泡泡或者調味料食。最後食埋清爽嘅柚子雪糕,呢餐 Omakase 超滿足。 continue reading
