呢間餐廳雖然價錢有啲小高,但出品同服務真係冇得彈!今次基本將招牌菜都試匀,真係食到超滿足~特別推薦「二十年陳釀瀨尿蝦」,蝦肉鮮嫩到不得了,蝦膏又肥美,配埋陳年花雕酒嘅香氣,簡直絕配!「蒸扇貝」亦都唔錯,扇貝鮮甜多汁,蒜蓉調味剛剛好,鹹香得嚟唔會蓋過海鮮本身嘅鮮味。最後個「果凍馬鮫魚」口感爽滑,味道清新,食完重口味菜之後食真係好解膩~服務員態度超級好,主動幫手點菜、換骨碟,細節位做得好貼心。溫馨提示大家,記得提前預訂位,3個人以上建議訂圓桌,影相拍片都靚啲!呢次用餐體驗簡直一流,下次一定會帶多啲朋友過嚟試,真心推薦畀鍾意食海鮮同追求品質嘅大家! continue reading

看菜單瀨尿蝦有很多種烹飪方式,我們點了辣椒蒜粒豆豉炸制的半避風塘調料,沒想到巨辣的調味反而顯得瀨尿蝦肉更鮮甜。餐廳會幫你把蝦殼都剪開剪成一段段,手臂長的蝦肉肉質鮮甜還有蝦膏,很好吃!涼拌花甲沒那麼硬,但也好吃的。花甲已經掰了一半的殼,處於剛剛斷生的嫩滑感,汁水是泰式酸辣涼拌汁,青檸洋蔥魚露辣椒一起拌,很開胃!服務到位,還有包廂,除了海鮮之外餐廳也有其他肉菜素菜。食材新鮮,好好味!推薦!下次再來吃! continue reading
