餐廳中央擺咗放了一棵LED櫻花樹,每4分鐘會變色一次,代表一年四季的更替,超奪目,打卡一流🎉Chef 是日本人,但可以用英語簡單溝通而店員會詳盡講解每道菜式😊菜式全部都是時令食材👍前菜是沙律,所有蔬菜十分新鮮,那份鮮甜的味道,就好像剛剛從田園裡摘出來一樣第一道菜已經令我十分驚喜🤩帆立貝鮮甜,蘆筍也是鮮甜和非常嫩☺️蟹鉗和龍蝦都是新鮮爽口及彈牙再配上他們自製的醬汁,令到龍蝦的味道再提升了😋和牛入口即溶而且一點也不油膩Chef 首先讓牛脂肪融化再在鐵板快速燒香,才會有這樣的效果,必食推介🤤和牛炒飯配味增湯看著chef炒飯,也是一種視覺享受喔😻最後甜品是雪糕跟所有菜式一樣,不能挑剔,全部都是五星滿分❣️馬卡龍是餐廳送給我們的小禮物🎁米芝蓮實至名歸⭐️⭐️ continue reading

終於可以放到假,同老公過大海探探親友,食吓嘢,行吓街。因為住係呢間酒店,所以咪嚟呢間日本餐廳開餐。餐廳環境唔錯, 服務招呼都好好。餐廳中間有棵靚靚發光櫻花樹,店員仲話特別安排我坐係櫻花樹附近,佢話同櫻花樹影相打咭係呢個角度影過去係最靚㗎。我地叫咗生蠔,2個唔同嘅套餐share食,同埋叫咗店員推介俾我地嘅清酒飲。清酒都好順喉,幾好飲,食物上枱時,碟碟嘅擺盤都好靚好精緻,做到好似一件藝術品咁。店員知道我地係share一齊食,有啲食物上枱時店員已經自動分開2份,証明店員都好細心,值得一讚。食物質量同服務質數水準都好好,下次都會再幫襯。 continue reading

呢間餐廳榮獲米芝蓮兩星,去澳門前一早book定,結果非常失望,求其食D連鎖壽司店都好過距。燒茄子 鹹到傻左,壽喜燒極鹹(我寧願食吉野家),然後壽司唔算難吃,但只能夠話比元氣好一點點。服務雖然好好,但已經無意思。完全同michelin拉唔上關系,一間好的日本餐正常都唔會比三文魚你食 。上菜時間好慢,三催四請先有得食。旁邊d小朋友也很吵,好無奈。。。非常失望。。。。無下次!完全唔明白點樣評分!!!!!!! continue reading

十月上旬·陰天因為對新口岸永利澳門的Mizumi印象很好,所以當永利皇宮這邊開張時,也mark定要先來試這裡的Mizumi。跟永利澳門那邊不同,這邊就只有壽司及鉄板燒兩邊的位置,但座位都較多。原本是想先吃壽司的,因為這裡的三位師傅都是由札幌壽司善來的。但想不到,先吃的是這裡的料理。五道菜的餐單,內容的安排及設計都有心思。毛蟹魚子醬沙律加入了海膽,味道當然是豐腴美味。香煎拖羅就伴以燃燒的藁(わら)去增強煙薰味的效果,是非常特別的處理方法。鮑魚湯清鮮味美,而喜知次嫩滑肥美,最後以靜岡皇冠蜜瓜作結,美滿。下次來,真的要吃壽司了。 continue reading
