在銀河渡假城內,很多人會選 ‘丹桂軒’,但我總覺得丹桂軒食物比較肥膩一點。飲茶我喜歡去潮州伯樂啊,又比較容易有位。潮州伯樂的確比較貴,但點心精緻,食中菜一定要食「溫度」,一定要熱,才合水準。首先來了芋頭煲仔炒飯,其實是餸多個飯😲😲 芋頭、雞粒、炸蒜蓉、紅蘿蔔 太多了; 大人可以接受,小朋友不喜歡!另外齋腸粉真是出色之作,佢做出嚟係滑、軟; 平時食 ‘布包腸粉’ 只是滑,但太薄身,質感不夠,今天這個剛剛好有質感又滑!正常的蝦餃、叉燒包!甜品叫了芒果布甸(太好味唔記得影),有芒果味又有芒果粒,質感豐富;一杯可以2個人分享; 份量啱啱好! continue reading

今天約了澳門朋在銀河百樂潮州酒樓午膳,點了蝦餃、雪山焗义燒餐包、皮旦牛肉腸粉、鮮竹卷、滷水鵝片、方魚肉碎粥。蝦餃皮薄,但蒸得老火一點,鮮蝦也算新鮮。雪山焗义燒包、水準一般,但勝在夠熱,加一點分。皮旦牛肉腸,很少吃到以皮旦混和牛肉一起的腸粉,算有特色,味道也不錯。鮮竹卷、一般水準,也算可以接受,但沒有特別。方魚肉碎粥,味道鮮甜的潮洲粥,好吃!鹵水鵝片,鵝肉嫩滑不肥,鮮味可口,有水準!而且份量也合理。這裡座位寬闊舒服,服務員也熱誠招待,經常主動為客人潻茶水,但整體消費頗貴! continue reading

今日兩個人到Galaxy Macau 銀河的>>百樂潮州酒樓飲茶,先來功夫茶,一壺普洱茶和一壼鐵觀音茶;3種茶都好淡好淡,特別是普洱茶和鐵觀音茶,好像飲水似的,加了茶葉都仍是淡的,然後服務員提意我加錢換十五年的普洱茶,我想這個茶已那麼差,哪有信心加錢轉茶葉呢😅!心想茶葉會不會是重複使用呢!其他點心味道都是一般般,其中潮州粉果餡料不足,味道較淡......................這家酒樓性價比低 continue reading

星期六同家人去了銀河潮州百樂飲茶,可能太耐冇去,覺得枱同枱之間擠迫了不少,幸好環境不是太嘈。點了數款點心,滷水鴨舌及滷水鵝片併鵝掌,但落單幾分鐘後,侍應才告知鵝掌全部俾人訂左,唯有改了鵝片併豬腳仔。滷水偏淡,尤其鴨舌頗為失望,鵝片也不夠入味,但鵝片肉質軟滑值得加分。而點心則中規中矩,但食後沒有口渴,證明味精不多,也是其中一個優點。如果以永利軒作比較,永利軒是90分的話,這裏只值65分。綜合評價: 環境>食物>員工*綜合性價比:正常, (可以, 但這個價錢坊間有很多選擇)*性價比1. 抵!(不代表平)超乎想像的驚喜 (嘩! 無論怎樣一定要再來! 抵啊)2. 難得一班朋友到了銀河酒店, 可以到百樂吃個潮式飲茶。坐下來店員先奉上功夫茶,還記得小孩子的時候一點也不喜歡喝,隨着年紀長大才懂得享受這樣的甘醇味道。叉燒包饀料不太甜,叉燒肉亦偏瘦,同行友人不喜歡,但我覺得還不錯!三文魚帶子腸粉,不會有魚腥味,可以一試。蟲草花鮮枝竹浸木耳,加入蟲草花增添甜味,菜湯鮮味,健康之選。砂鍋焗芋頭飯不太像焗飯,飯身較乾。芋蓉香酥鴨外面炸得香脆,芋蓉餡料緊實,很好吃! continue reading
