    收到朋友從澳門買回來的送你杏仁餅. 朋友知我一向愛吃粒粒杏仁餅,所以特意給我一樽.我們分吃後,覺得有記下的必要,所以差不多吃清才寫.此杏仁餅餅質鬆散,沒有杏仁香, 杏仁粒也少得可憐,此以前的水準,下降了很多. 與其花錢大賣廣告,不如在材料及製作上下功夫.作為食家,也不想只有單一選擇,其實對手已經不多, 提高水準應該不難.澳門有其他沒有大賣廣告的餅店也有較好的品質,長此下去,連次選地垃也不保. continue reading
