來到福隆新街想食返碗翅,太耐冇來,古老的街道由紅變綠。本身想去的添發排長龍,見周圍都係譚家魚翅,話時話未幫襯過,趁今次試下,點知就中伏!門面售賣魚翅等乾貨,行入點就係餐廳( 因為打通),我哋4人即有位,入座等左成10幾分鐘都冇人招呼,催左3-4次比壺茶都冇反應,每位收$6茶錢但一壺茶都冇😡!個場又唔係好多人都咁款,之後比壺茶又冇茶葉得水😵!咩料呀大佬!個職員仲要黑面。張枱得一個餐牌,散叫嘅碗仔翅果個餐牌又冇,之後去左隔離枱拎另一個餐牌先有即點餐(有一刻懷疑想局人地點小菜同Set)。石窩中鮑翅,$55,熱騰騰,份量適中,味道上,翅的確係有嘅,兩條,味道就真係唔掂,重味精嘅粉水⋯食完仲要好口喝,唔好食。真係差的一間,唔怪之得冇人排,唔好食唔值呢個價態度又差好趕客。

每次去澳門都夾好哂時間,第一站去完瑪嘉烈食葡撻,之後就襯添發中午12:00開門營業前趕到門口排隊。但今時唔同往日,今時今日澳門四處人山人海,排隊一個鐘係平常,結果係瑪嘉烈花多咗時間,食完去到添發門口已經人海長龍.反而譚家魚翅無咩客人又有大把坐,轉場!相比起添發,譚家魚翅價錢又較貴,魚翅份量又比較少,味道又比較淡,只有一點係比添發優勝,坐得舒服!用石鍋上枱,魚翅必然熱到辣咀,冬天凍冰冰食就一流,可惜幫襯當日熱到似夏天,食到成身汗!之後兩次經過添發,都係長長人龍,唯有完全放棄幫襯添發.今次幫襯哩間譚家魚翅無咩客人,第二日去氹仔官也街,果邊嘅分店爆場門口排長龍! 唔知仲以為係D檢測中心!最後結論,都係果句,無比較無問,一比較就輸哂,相信唔會再幫襯.

自從食過一次譚家魚翅之後就一直回味所以今次再去澳門玩點能夠唔去食下佢,新馬路附近有好多間鋪頭都係食魚翅。 今次中午去,已經接近爆左好彩早一步到,一坐低會比茶同紙巾你,但紙巾係會收$3,所以大家唔用都拎走魚翅海參拎到黎果時係真係咁滾架,係譚家食魚翅一定要叫個白飯撈黎食。價錢唔貴,六十幾蚊,但有兩三舊翅加一舊海參,味道翅香,海參係有鮮味鮑魚撈麵(大)喱個鮑魚係乾鮑,唔係鮮鮑,所以味道比較香濃,成個麵好好食好香濃馬介休球(椒鹽味)男人好中意,送酒一流,喱個係澳門特色菜好味架,口感好特別,佢將啲魚絲去炸成一舊整體我覺得去澳門真係可以試下譚家魚翅,價錢唔貴,唔一定要食葡國菜架,喱三樣野埋單先二百蚊

之前朋友介紹食過1次,自此每次黎澳門都必定要食。好多人宜家都會話嚮應環保而唔食魚翅,事實我都係一個好環保嘅人,但講真我唔係真係話鍾意食魚翅,而我欣賞嘅係佢嘅湯底。有好多款翅可以揀,我通常都係揀石窩中鮑翅,一黎$55超抵,二黎用石窩上菜。湯底好味到難以形容,撈飯真係一流,加上鍾意食芫茜嘅我,令個飯更加好味。個人建議個白飯千祈唔好1次過倒晒落個石窩度,因為咁樣好快吸晒啲湯,最好一啖湯,一啖飯咁食係最好。而且以$55 價錢黎講,翅嘅份量都算多,相當抵食。今次仲叫多左個薑蔥鮑片煲,同樣用石窩上菜,可以完全保持到食物熱度。上菜時,已經聞到好香薑蔥味,冬菇同鮑片相當入味,每咬一啖都有好濃嘅鮑汁味,真係令人回味無窮。

今次仲叫多左個薑蔥鮑片煲,同樣用石窩上菜,可以完全保持到食物熱度。上菜時,已經聞到好香薑蔥味,冬菇同鮑片相當入味,每咬一啖都有好濃嘅鮑汁味,真係令人回味無窮。

聽到不少對譚家魚翅嘅評價,都係話佢不復當年,我當年無幫襯過譚家,只可以用依家角度寫譚家。魚翅叫左石窩中鮑翅,鮑汁豬手同蜜香骨。蜜香骨係唯一可取嘅菜,排骨肉汁夠多,唔會煮過火,鮑汁豬手唔夠冧,鮑汁亦夠濃,唔錯。添發做魚翅實在太出色,好自然會囉黎同譚家比較,一比之下,譚家真係原全失色,份量細又比較貴!味道較添發淡,唯一同添發有得比嘅就只係一樣咁熱,熱到辣口,同埋環境比添發大,坐得比添發舒服。譚家另闢一角,傳賣魚翅同豬手,整好哂一盒盒膠盒,咁方便嘅外賣服務值得一讚!

去澳門食魚翅,最主要我係鍾意佢個湯,杰身得好緊要,又濃味,又香,魚翅反而唔係我主菜~其實係有想過去另一間出名瓦煲魚翅嘅,但係……可惜去到已經無晒,得返碗仔翅或者稀湯底嘅翅,所以最後都去返譚家,但係今次就去另一間~~呢間近大馬路,係罐頭博物館附近~~價錢好大眾化,幾十蚊,唔係好貴~~另外重可以買急凍咗嘅返香港或者內地,唔錯。有好多款可以揀,有魚翅、鮑魚、鹵水、花膠……返到去都可以品嘗到香濃美味石窩中鮑翅 - 經過上次經驗,知道石窩中飽翅係比較杰身同濃味,所以我當然唔需要考慮就點呢個,同上次一樣,我覺我好夠味,呢個如果唔太鍾意濃味嘅人會覺得好鹹,咁你可以試吓花膠海參中飽翅,呢個會比呢個淡口今次我地唔再一人一碗飯,我地決定share一碗就算,因為我地重要去食其他嘢,唔好食太飽,但係唔食飯又會太鹹蹄根中鮑翅 - 蹄根者係豬腳根,其實應該會係可以燉到好淋,但係呢個係硬的……所以我呢啲無牙咬嘅人唔會食,大少都覺得好硬,同埋個湯佢覺得都係淡口少少,係我嗰個咁鹹

石窩中鮑翅 - 經過上次經驗,知道石窩中飽翅係比較杰身同濃味,所以我當然唔需要考慮就點呢個,同上次一樣,我覺我好夠味,呢個如果唔太鍾意濃味嘅人會覺得好鹹,咁你可以試吓花膠海參中飽翅,呢個會比呢個淡口

今次我地唔再一人一碗飯,我地決定share一碗就算,因為我地重要去食其他嘢,唔好食太飽,但係唔食飯又會太鹹

花膠海參中鮑翅$68其實澳門現時有不少食店,標榜廉價魚翅撈飯,就算無中六合彩或者賺大錢,都可以試一試!依個花膠海參中鮑翅係用韓式石頭窩盛載住濃湯魚翅,而個窩都燒得火熱,跟住外加一碗白飯👍🏼趁翅湯還熱既時候倒白飯於湯中,一碗熱騰騰的魚翅撈飯便出現!!!雖然魚翅只有姆指般咁大既size,但湯味仍然相當濃厚!☺️☺️好味~~Ps.第一次食魚翅撈飯!正到爆呀~😋😋😋
