It is only one of Five Global JW Marriott outlets participating. Us Making Macanese-Portuguese Chicken by Large Batches -
Apparently, this dish came about from influences from past Portuguese Colonies: it was being cooked in India, but perfected in Macau. Yet with slight influence from Africa. The latter also spawned off a separate African Piri-Piri Chicken dish which is also popular in Macau.

Capela - Macau Portuguese Meatloaf
Shaped liked a Crown or Chapel Top, this is made with Minced Pork, Mozzarella Cheese, Black Olives, Bread Crumbs, Eggs, topped with Juicy Bacon. Then baked in the oven around 180C for 25 mins.

This was so gorgeous. I have had Portuguese Meatloaf before, but this was just different with the appearance too. As it was sliced up like a Cake this time... Apparently this is quite festive and only available during Special Festive Days, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is slightly Religious based too.

Baked Portuguese Duck Rice with Chourico Sausages and Black Olives -
This is as famous in Macau as it is in Portugal. The version here was done pretty right, with a well Salamander baked top crispy layer, individually grainy rice yet remaining moist under with the duck. To me this recipe is homey, but professional kitchens achieve it slightly differently with their equipment, especially the top layer.

I loved their Salad Counter !!
It has Bacon bits, Croutons, chopped Colorful Veggies, plenty of sauces, most of all different varieties of Salad Leaves... I was a bit full but was calculating on the spot, how to maximize my stomach space and perhaps make a Lobster, Sashimi or Roasted Beef Salad : )

JW Marriott is famous for their Charsiu anywhere you go, often sizzling on hot stones with a pour in sauce. Here at the Macau JW Marriott Buffet, it was decent. It could have more honeyed sauce, but most people were more interested in the Peking Duck nearby anyway.

這菜式最麻煩是準備及切好食材,接下來的步驟十分容易,基本上是將所有材料依次以人手拌勻就是,有點似搓蛋糕(甜魔媽媽最喜歡做這等花力不用腦的功夫!),最後加上煙肉及麵包碎。而肉餅做成水泡狀,除了是希望出品貌似「皇冠」,也是令肉餅更易熟透。

時間關係,肉餅已給焗好啦!外層的煙肉焗至油分盡失、金黃香脆有如薯片,十分可口;而中間的肉餅並不會乾涸,又有芝士、肉腸、黑橄欖配料,味道與口感都很豐富,熱食一流!

滿心歡喜來吃下午茶自助餐,聽人說這間酒店自助餐超正,一入到去下午茶自助餐原來只有甜品,已經坐下無奈都吃!甜品款式少,旦糕數款沒特別不新鮮,還不是常添,還有2款中式糖水但超稀,唯一可以入口就是窩夫,因為大部分蛋糕所以很多客人也吃窩夫,就變成即做即吃咁,提醒你是要排隊拿!因為我估大部分人都覺只有窩夫好吃有雪糕機在旁既然是甜品自助餐就俾大家吃,原來雪糕只可午餐或晚餐可吃,實在過分仲有生果任吃,但沒有太特別!另外,檸茶咖啡任飲,假使同朋友來傾下偈也可以試,但以呢價錢吃甜品傾偈我就唔會揀呢度,因為下午茶自助餐要約130蚊食物質素麻麻真唔值,我認為價值只有$68

這頓晚餐後要趕船,拍照後要抓緊時間開餐!這天的奶茶癮未滿足,首先去沖了杯港式奶茶,真的即點即沖,特別有風味!連同又是好喝的青蘋果烏龍茶、香蕉奶昔(這個小兄妹也喜歡,後來取了3-4次),還有超甜的紅肉火龍果、鮮橙及桃駁李,就是甜魔媽媽的美妙打底頭盤!

再取更多的熱盤,推介要試鮑魚海參泡飯,另外燒和牛、牛仔骨也很有質素。小兄妹已經忍不住向糖果進發,我也不客氣要吃甜品及雪糕了!上週天氣不如這兩天冷,嚴格來講是非常熱,所以忍不住連取多兜軟雪糕來消暑!當然也是因為軟雪糕出色好吃。其他的甜點選擇太多,只選了幾款朱古力及蛋類來試,水準還不錯。很開心是找到自己姓氏的蘋果酥,拿回來一吃味道也不差呢。

前菜頭盤都吃過了,是時候進入熱葷的部份了,如果之前沒有留下胃口,那麼必定是損失,熱葷不但種類豐富,水準還相當好。就以必吃的北京填鴨為例,很少自助餐的餐廳會對一款食物這麼專注,以特製的烤爐,放入荔枝柴去烤填鴨,加上鴨子的質素很好,烤出來後,師父還會即片即做,捲好給客人享用,皮脆肉嫩,非常好吃,我也忍不住口吃了四件。

不過,要數最大陣象的是鮑魚海參泡飯,湯底非常鮮味,材料豐富,有鮑魚、海參、蝦米阪肉碎等等,還可自行添加調味,如蔥、芫茜、芹菜及芽菜等等,值得一試。另外,還有刀削麵可供選擇,麵氣寬而薄,做得真的不錯,可加入其他配料及選擇湯底,組合千變萬化。

其實,現在還未吃到一半的食物,還有西式區未開始,始終胃口有限,就免去了大部份的食物,直接跳去燒烤區了,當看著那件連著骨頭的肉眼時,口水也流了出來。肉眼柔軟嫩滑,肉味香濃,近邊的部份帶上焦香及油脂,非常好吃。而原條鹽燒三文魚也做得不錯,肉質不算鞋口,香草的味道剛剛避去腥味,令三文魚更為鮮味可口。

這個自助餐有一個相當吸引的特色,就是有一個飲品區,平常自助餐只會供應果汁及汽水的飲品,可是他們卻有多款飲品供應,首先每日都會有JW Daily Fresh Juice,當天就是青蘋果加青瓜╴酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。接著的港式奶茶是最令人鼓舞的,好像他鄉遇故知般。

整個晚上跟朋友不停的出出入入,好似玩換櫈仔遊戲,而每次都會望望對方的碟子,看發掘到什麼新菜,真是個有趣的體驗。
P.S : 真心一句,這是在下近年來在澳門踫上過最精彩的Buffet,難怪就算是閒日都全院滿座,個人相信當中有不少客人並非住客,希望餐廳方面能精益求精,下次光顧時會再有驚喜。

男伴這天考牌成功決定要來慶祝一下,傻傻的他考什麼車牌都是向最難的挑戰而我們也難得預訂到城中最火紅最難預約的自助餐,今晚要好好的吃一頓~! 位於JW萬豪酒店一樓的它,從5月開幕以來就火紅到現在也超級難預訂對了,JW的大堂酒廊也是非常的划算~ 不過那夜我忘了帶相機,等我再報告喔整個用餐空間很寬敞,有兩人座位 也有適合多人聚餐的長桌在熱葷跟甜點區的旁邊就是餐點的位置,雖然感覺有點近 不過大家都很禮讓而我們就坐在熱葷的隔壁,每次想說去取什麼什麼的,瞬間就清光光~ 補完。。。到我忘了吃刺身有 有殼甜蝦、北寄貝、挪威三文魚、八爪魚及金槍魚現開的生蠔,每次都只可以拿兩隻~ 不過這晚算1算,我應該也有吃上半打海鮮類有 加拿大青口、翡翠螺、大蝦、麵包蟹、蟹腳 與 龍蝦火腿起士的選擇也不少,不過最讓我開心的~ 就是那十多款的沙律嚕泰式牛肉沙律、番茄沙律、吞拿魚沙律、海鮮意粉沙律、蘑菇沙律!!不怕你不吃,就怕你吃不完啦最想不到應該是它,連韓式醬菜都有!!只可惜它不是我的菜嚕但後來看到也是蠻受大家歡迎的,只是在一旁不起眼的角落常見的烤牛肉換成是和牛,頓時升級了不少~ 同時也是熱門排隊之一我不太著重的熱葷有中式

住久了就會發現要喝到合意的港式奶茶有點難,今晚喝到的茶很濃郁細膩加入黑白淡奶
