好耐冇過去澳門食嘢,我覺得澳門嘅五星級酒店物價比香港平好多,於是就去咗麗斯卡爾頓咖啡廳試吓。服務人員好細心介紹是日推介嘅菜品,又會問我同朋友有冇食物敏感嘅情況,於是推介左蘋果片泡沫煎鵝肝、紅酒炆牛肉蘑菇配薯蓉同香煎三文魚配西班牙米飯。坐低之後即刻會有餐包同牛油附上,餐包可以無限添加,而佢哋嘅牛油都係手做,加入咗忌廉色食嘅時候更加creamy。我都幾鍾意佢哋煎鵝肝呢個前菜,加入咗蘋果之後酸酸甜甜都幾得意,而且好開胃。紅酒炆牛肉就整得太冧,雖然好香紅酒味,但我唔太鍾意呢個口感。而三文魚嘅魚油好香,配埋西班牙米飯成個餐就啱啱好夠飽。整體嘅服務好流暢,而且服務員好細心,價錢會稍為偏貴,但都符合食物嘅質素。 continue reading

I just wanted to find somewhere nice to chill, and I came to Ritz-Carlton Cafe. I ordered a very simple dessert, Crème Brûlée, and mint tea. The dessert was very simple, but it was very delicious.I didn't order a lot, but the staff were still very nice and made me feel like I was one of the important guests there.Love the environment, made you feel like you are sitting at the café in France. continue reading

I was quite impressed with the quality of the food and the amount of choices when I’ve first tried their brunch. The seafood was fresh, large amount of meat selection and the free flow of bubbles(champagne) were great. Normally the dessert section at most of the brunch or buffet places are so so but this place had a great variety of desserts and the quality was wonderful. After they have reopened due to the shut down because of COVID19, the selection of food was limited and quality just isn’t the same anymore. Looking forward to the good old days.... continue reading

三年幾沒有去過澳門,中秋節前夕碰巧澳門有國際煙花匯演比賽,決定請一天假,一家三口去澳門過中秋。上一次在澳門 Galaxy Resort 的 《米芝蓮》星星餐廳「8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo」食晏,今日就稍為平民一點,揀了另一間同樣在 Galaxy Resort 的「Ritz Carlton cafe」。其實,如果講價錢,雖然較「8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo」便宜,但始終都是酒店餐廳,而且以 cafe 的定位來説,並不算便宜了。作為名牌高檔次酒店的附屬 cafe,裝修當然不會馬夫。以純白色作為主要顏色,採用白色襯灰色紋理的雲石枱面餐枱,再加上黑白色的仿古細細塊地磗、及白色燈光照明;整體感覺光潔明亮、高級優雅,雖然不是什麼宮庭式設計,但仍然成功營造了一種雍容華貴的氣派,不愧為 Ritz Carlton。酒店 cafe 當然不能缺少甜品櫃,件件精美,定價同樣不便宜($78~$88),不過,如果能夠等到晚上八點後才來品嚐甜品的話,就全部半價⋯⋯ 只是,到時候還有沒有尚未沽清的蛋糕,就不得而知了!精美甜品之外,估唔到還有少量生蠔供應,品種都有五、六款,果然係五星級酒店氣派。除了午餐之外,單點餐牌亦有不少選擇,前菜、沙律、三文治、魚類海鮮、肉類、牛扒、素食、甜品樣樣有齊,就是缺少了意大利麵。Lobster Bisque ($108) 味道合格,但唔夠濃稠;雖然有海鮮及蝦殻的甜香,但味道未夠濃郁。其實已經相當好味,但與之前在其他高級扒房品嚐過的龍蝦湯比較,仍然稍為有所不及。Salmon ($198) 配香橙牛油醬、炒雜菜及炒飯。Salmon 魚皮煎得夠香脆,切得超厚身的三文魚又煎焗至剛剛熟透,表層魚肉仍然嫰滑、並沒有過火而變得粗嚡。意料之外炒飯很好食,只簡單加入調味炒香,並沒有其他配料;飯粒分明、乾身但又不是太硬,很多中式酒樓都未必做得到這種高水準。Duck Breast ($248) 配蔬菜、薯蓉及樱桃醬汁,雖然侍應建議 medium rare,但擔心太生,揀了五成熟。上碟時已切開兩塊,顔色淡血紅,正好是五成熟左右。切下去竟然有點偏硬,原來五成熟已經過火;雖然鴨皮有鴨油香、鴨胸肉又冇鴨臊味,但肉汁唔多,鴨胸肉唔軟身、有點難以咀嚼 ⋯⋯ 下次再食會要求 medium rare。用樱桃煮成的醬汁原來很襯鴨胸肉,道理有點似廣東燒鵝配酸梅醬;都是用帶酸甜的生果醬汁配搭味道重的家禽。由於今次揀錯生熟程度,對餐廳唔公平,所以唔評分;但味道其實幾好。Two course lunch set ($258) 揀了 Steak (加 $50),頭盤就揀了是日餐湯椰菜花忌廉湯。有椰菜花的淡淡清甜,如果飲慣味道濃郁的野菌忌廉湯,就可能會嫌味道太淡。牛扒通常配搭新鮮熱辣炸薯條,當然今次也沒有例外。食炸薯條,茄汁及蛋黃醬是最佳配搭;除了薯條之外,還有一小砵新鮮野菜沙律。以午餐份量來說,牛扒很大件。六、七成熟的火喉控制得相當好,牛扒質素亦很好,有肉味、夠 juicy、肉質鬆軟冇渣;只是作為一間高級酒店 cafe,肉眼扒邊緣位置的筋膜及脂肪條竟然沒有徹底切除,就顯得美中不足,做唔到酒店級扒房(餐廳)應有的水準。Lunch set 雖然冇揀 three course(包甜品),但帶了小女兒同去,可能實在太可愛了,餐廳經理主動送上一個免費甜品 Chocolate Raspberry Earl Gray Cake!原價要 $88 大元!酒店級甜品當然賣相行先,非常完整的半球體,表面灑上點點金箔、頂端吱了一小抹朱古力 mousse。朱古力濃漿外層包裹下的內層,炮製方法同樣複雜。底層是朱古力軟曲奇、中層是 Earl Gray 海綿蛋糕、頂層就是微酸的 Raspberry chocolate 濃稠 mousse。Earl Gray 及 Raspberry 的味道皆相對清淡,差不多完全被濃郁的朱古力味所掩蓋,做唔到三者平衡,與名稱有點出入。整體仍然是一件非常好吃的甜品,尤其是嗜朱古力的人就會愛煞了;但如果是因為 Raspberry 及 Earl Gray 而選擇的話,就會有點失望了。本來揀這裏午餐的原因,就是一台仿古音樂車。只要有客人生日,侍應就會推出音樂車,手動上鏈播放《生日快樂》⋯⋯ 點知道這台音樂車壞掉了,正在維修中!雖然有點失望,但仍然有一件奉送的小蛋糕,還要是非賣品,餐廳的甜品櫃內並沒有這一款蛋糕!這件迷你生日蛋糕是徹頭徹尾的朱古力蛋糕,底層是朱古力蛋糕、中層是濃稠純朱古力 mousse、頂層是特濃朱古力漿,配搭鮮紅色的士多啤梨及 cranberries,非常吸引。每一啖都是濃郁朱古力香味及甘甜,估唔到竟然較炮製方法更為複雜的 Chocolate Raspberry Earl Gray Cake 更加好吃 ⋯⋯ 可能因為我們一家三口太愛吃朱古力蛋糕了?!作為五星級酒店的直屬餐廳,裝修、服務態度及甜品實在冇得輸,不過,各款主菜出品未算有驚喜;當然較坊間一般餐廳好吃,但用同樣的價錢,在香港應該可以找到更加好吃的(非酒店)餐廳,「Ritz Carlton cafe」須要再加把勁。 continue reading

之前同朋友過黎澳門睇偶像演唱會,睇show前黎左Ritz Carlton酒店下面既Cafe~當日大約6點黎到,唔洗等位!餐廳裝修走法式格調,令人感覺高雅大方,環境十分舒適!侍應遞上一籃餐前麵包籃,可惜以呢間餐廳既級數黎講,餐前麵包竟然係凍冰冰!??呢點真係有些失望但勝在就係牛油高質,塗少少已經好好味~我地每人都叫左加拿大牛肋條set,大約$300/人,套餐包左前菜、白酒同甜點~沙律就不過不失~三文魚他他賣相精緻,好有法國菜擺盤風格,值得一試!加拿大牛肋條味濃且煮得好稔,非常好食~而帶子都煎得剛好~芝士通心粉係加錢另配,好濃芝士味,好正!香蕉雲呢拿味雪糕都好好味 continue reading
