好耐冇過去澳門食嘢,我覺得澳門嘅五星級酒店物價比香港平好多,於是就去咗麗斯卡爾頓咖啡廳試吓。服務人員好細心介紹是日推介嘅菜品,又會問我同朋友有冇食物敏感嘅情況,於是推介左蘋果片泡沫煎鵝肝、紅酒炆牛肉蘑菇配薯蓉同香煎三文魚配西班牙米飯。坐低之後即刻會有餐包同牛油附上,餐包可以無限添加,而佢哋嘅牛油都係手做,加入咗忌廉色食嘅時候更加creamy。我都幾鍾意佢哋煎鵝肝呢個前菜,加入咗蘋果之後酸酸甜甜都幾得意,而且好開胃。紅酒炆牛肉就整得太冧,雖然好香紅酒味,但我唔太鍾意呢個口感。而三文魚嘅魚油好香,配埋西班牙米飯成個餐就啱啱好夠飽。整體嘅服務好流暢,而且服務員好細心,價錢會稍為偏貴,但都符合食物嘅質素。

I just wanted to find somewhere nice to chill, and I came to Ritz-Carlton Cafe. I ordered a very simple dessert, Crème Brûlée, and mint tea. The dessert was very simple, but it was very delicious.I didn't order a lot, but the staff were still very nice and made me feel like I was one of the important guests there.Love the environment, made you feel like you are sitting at the café in France.

Duck Breast ($248) 配蔬菜、薯蓉及樱桃醬汁,雖然侍應建議 medium rare,但擔心太生,揀了五成熟。上碟時已切開兩塊,顔色淡血紅,正好是五成熟左右。切下去竟然有點偏硬,原來五成熟已經過火;雖然鴨皮有鴨油香、鴨胸肉又冇鴨臊味,但肉汁唔多,鴨胸肉唔軟身、有點難以咀嚼 ⋯⋯ 下次再食會要求 medium rare。用樱桃煮成的醬汁原來很襯鴨胸肉,道理有點似廣東燒鵝配酸梅醬;都是用帶酸甜的生果醬汁配搭味道重的家禽。由於今次揀錯生熟程度,對餐廳唔公平,所以唔評分;但味道其實幾好。

Lunch set 雖然冇揀 three course(包甜品),但帶了小女兒同去,可能實在太可愛了,餐廳經理主動送上一個免費甜品 Chocolate Raspberry Earl Gray Cake!原價要 $88 大元!酒店級甜品當然賣相行先,非常完整的半球體,表面灑上點點金箔、頂端吱了一小抹朱古力 mousse。朱古力濃漿外層包裹下的內層,炮製方法同樣複雜。底層是朱古力軟曲奇、中層是 Earl Gray 海綿蛋糕、頂層就是微酸的 Raspberry chocolate 濃稠 mousse。Earl Gray 及 Raspberry 的味道皆相對清淡,差不多完全被濃郁的朱古力味所掩蓋,做唔到三者平衡,與名稱有點出入。整體仍然是一件非常好吃的甜品,尤其是嗜朱古力的人就會愛煞了;但如果是因為 Raspberry 及 Earl Gray 而選擇的話,就會有點失望了。

本來揀這裏午餐的原因,就是一台仿古音樂車。只要有客人生日,侍應就會推出音樂車,手動上鏈播放《生日快樂》⋯⋯ 點知道這台音樂車壞掉了,正在維修中!雖然有點失望,但仍然有一件奉送的小蛋糕,還要是非賣品,餐廳的甜品櫃內並沒有這一款蛋糕!這件迷你生日蛋糕是徹頭徹尾的朱古力蛋糕,底層是朱古力蛋糕、中層是濃稠純朱古力 mousse、頂層是特濃朱古力漿,配搭鮮紅色的士多啤梨及 cranberries,非常吸引。每一啖都是濃郁朱古力香味及甘甜,估唔到竟然較炮製方法更為複雜的 Chocolate Raspberry Earl Gray Cake 更加好吃 ⋯⋯ 可能因為我們一家三口太愛吃朱古力蛋糕了?!

It's a little bit salty for me but my wife like it. We both think that the steak should not serve with French fries but the waiter said it is a kind of traditional. I would suggest them to serve with the thicker one if that is the case. When we finished the main course, the waiter played the birthday song with a traditional music box and send us a small birthday cake.

This was a top quality brunch. Although I didn't go for the champagne option, there were still a range of juices I could drink and you could order other beverages such as tea, coffee (they did a very nice mocha for me) and soft drinks.

The appetisers were amazing - very good parma ham, thinly sliced chorizo and salami, with a range of cheeses and other condiments. Good mixed salads that were on offer included lyonnaise salad, octopus salad (very tasty and not rubbery at all) and beetroot salad. The cold seafood was excellent, with very large prawns you could dig yourself into. I was a bit disappointed they didn't do eggs benedict but the sicilian eggs were very good. I love the hot dishes as well, which include grilled lobster and wagyu beef sliders with french fries.

If you still have room, there were a range of desserts, including American-style doughnuts, creme caramel, lemon meringue pie and three different flavours of Haagen-Daaz ice cream.

The service was excellent as well, as all the staff were very attentive.

自家製沙律吧選料新鮮翠綠,如果囝囝係現場,肯定狂掃。

好多時,前菜都會隨意放係檯,屬於被忽略的一群,但今次見到醃製八爪魚、中東米沙律、尼斯沙律、紅菜頭沙律 、扁豆沙律與及 Potato Morteau Sausage,全都放係櫃內,清潔衛生,毫無小昆蟲在飛舞,即時加印象分。

足三尺長,烤得魚皮有點脆口,而且好入味,早前有報道三文魚出事,但家陣熟食,當然沒有問題,食得安心。

最後結帳是$750正,可能大家都會覺得有點貴,但以食物質素和餐廳環境及氣氛,再加上餐廳預備的驚喜,小妹認為這個價錢是非常合理的!!

(據說香港麗思卡爾頓酒店的扒房每人最低消費要$1018,所以說雖是同一個集團,但價錢可以相差很遠)
