I visit this restaurant at least once a year for over a decade now. I started visiting when it was still unknown and ran entirely by a local family. Now, it's business has been doing well and has been hiring external helps. I have to admit that the receipts have somewhat changed (especially in the last 2 years), and the food consistency is an issue from time to time, but the food is great in general. If you have not tried this, you should at least once. Good stuff including curry crab, clams in white wine sauce, crispy pig, duck rice, seafood soup in bread, etc ... Reservations recommended especially when you are going to order crabs and crispy pigs. There is no ritz and glitz here, just good old fashion Macaonese/Portuguese food with heart-felt services. continue reading

原先plan去船屋不過男友太肚餓既關係等唔到十二點半船屋開門行左去一街之隔的<<內港餐廳>>一坐下, 什麼都未點侍應姐姐已經放低一籃包 (2個)新鮮熱辣男友快快吃完一個而我的一個就留待點其他菜汁先吃睇住旅遊書點左內港馳名的釀蟹蓋入面有蟹肉, 馬介休鬆加埋面層炸脆的麵包糠質感好豐富而且味道好好~一份燒乳豬燒乳豬肉質唔錯不過皮唔脆, 所以咬上來韌韌的我比較喜歡法蘭度的 ... 一份葡式豬肉粒炒蜆味道不錯酸酸的幾開胃不過豬肉粒好乾和鞋蜆則剛剛好我最初的包留到點汁吃wow ... 一流 continue reading

看到樓下太多白痴食評忍唔住開個account為餐廳平反.本人是內港餐廳常客, 由做遊客食到而家在澳門工作.>>講價錢食物澳門五星價而四/五星水準的餐廳有不少, 喜歡的話自己揭旅遊書. 這餐廳是三星價四星水準, 想搵五星水準的, 唔好抱怨自己行錯地方, 關鍵係你係咪想畀五星價.至於那些嫌這裏貴的人, 去麥當勞吧. 老老實實, 澳門街坊式的葡國晚餐都唔會平得幾多.葡國人在澳門幾百年, 所謂葡國菜已摻左20%中式煮法, 要追求「純粹」西餐的話就索性唔好O係澳門食葡國菜喇.>>講服務我不會說這裏服務加零一, 佢唔係國內海底撈煩你等如關心你果種. 但你想安安靜靜食個飯, 又有合理服務, 佢提供到. 唔識字既都有相片集, 有些侍應廣東話唔流利, 用英文溝通更方便. 唔知食乜的話, 佢地都會好耐心講解, 亦可以叫佢幫你揀葡國酒.至於點解樓下食評咁勞氣,我都想了解下囉, 我經常介紹本餐廳給在澳門工作的外國朋友 (即係唔係遊客老襯) , 個個都同我講返話餐廳好食好舒服,有人甚至同我一樣做左常客. >>講食物樓下論馬介休球那段, 太精采了. 是否食到麵包就要投訴不過是麵粉加水?我自己來吃的話, 必叫八爪魚沙律, 海鮮包湯同白酒煮硯, 新鮮好味. 不過食開味精既人可能嫌淡.>>講環境大陸客較少搵到黎呢到,比較靜. 這裏很cozy,裝修係舊世紀殖民地特色,要金璧輝煌的去新葡京吧.題外話, 為免有人以為我收左錢, 我順道推介行過幾步路既船屋餐廳同海灣餐廳, 船屋平少少,環境氣氛差唔多,但無我最愛既海鮮包湯. 海灣貴D, 食物選擇多D, 問心我覺得最好食係佢, 不過我太喜歡內港的裝潢,所以很少過檔. continue reading

差不多下午三時, 過了午膳時間, 澳門很多餐廳都休息, 待晚市再營業。但我和太太還未吃午餐, 想找間餐廳嘗嘗葡國菜。走到媽閣附近, 見內港餐廳內還有很多客人, 便決定進去。店內有一位女士服務很殷勤, 她自稱是櫃檯職員, 我們就覺得她是老闆娘!她見我們看著餐牌拿不定主意, 便向我們推介了幾味"招牌菜"。最後我們點了:白酒蒜汁炒蜆、焗馬介休、及鴨肉焗飯。焗馬介休味道香口, 用料也很足(雖然價錢也不低); 鴨肉焗飯鴨肉超多, 但兩者的味道都比較濃及鹹!我們比較喜歡白酒蒜汁炒蜆。這個菜的味道適中, 尤其是我喜歡飲酒的, 很喜歡它那香濃的白酒味!蜆肉鮮爽, 冇沙, 份料足。汁還可撈飯, 甚至就咁飲!價錢$85, 以香港的標準就OK, 以澳門的標準就偏貴!但我都覺得值。總括來說, 如果懷著食好野, 而不是食平野的心情來食, 這間餐廳是可以的。 continue reading
