I visit this restaurant at least once a year for over a decade now. I started visiting when it was still unknown and ran entirely by a local family. Now, it's business has been doing well and has been hiring external helps. I visit this restaurant at least once a year for over a decade now. I started visiting when it was still unknown and ran entirely by a local family. Now, it's business has been doing well and has been hiring external helps. I have to admit that the receipts have somewhat changed (especially in the last 2 years), and the food consistency is an issue from time to time, but the food is great in general. If you have not tried this, you should at least once. Good stuff including curry crab, clams in white wine sauce, crispy pig, duck rice, seafood soup in bread, etc ... Reservations recommended especially when you are going to order crabs and crispy pigs. There is no ritz and glitz here, just good old fashion Macaonese/Portuguese food with heart-felt services.
Other Info. : It is quite close to A-Ma Temple (Ma Kok Miu). So you could visit the temple and walk over for lunch or dinner. They have set lunches too.
