下午三點鐘,很多餐廳都已經開始落場,丹桂軒仲開,我哋就入咗去坐低啦。前菜有涼拌木耳伴蔬菜粒,同埋微辣的爽脆鴨腎伴香芹。鮮蝦腸粉,腸粉皮都薄身,口感較黏糯。蝦仁爽口彈牙但鮮味淡。南乳豬手很好吃,南乳的鹹香和甜味平衡,炆到入晒味,骨頭也覺香。整件豬手的皮和肉都炆得非常軟淋,多餘的脂肪也炆走了。蘿蔔糕的餡料略少,吃到條條的蘿蔔口感,蘿蔔本來煮的比較重味,只差一點點就會變過咸。味道清澈一點的川芎白芷魚頭湯,每一口都飄著白酒香氣。炒粉絲太油了,不然應該不錯的。
