仲記得好多年前,香港曾經都有過葡撻專門店,可惜開左唔係好耐就已經被淘汰啦。今日難得山長水遠由香港黎到澳門,點都要試返件葡撻呀。好唔容易先至黎到瑪嘉烈蛋撻店,澳門唯一既一間,見到幾十人係到排緊隊,都知唔試就真係走寶啦。原來咁多人排隊係等緊新鮮出爐既葡撻,大家記住要先去買票,之後先去排隊等,否則可能會空歡喜一場架。瑪嘉烈蛋撻店既葡撻特點在於撻皮同雞蛋餡料形成強烈對比,表面既焦糖更提高蛋撻既香味。因為係新鮮出爐時,所以個皮熱得黎之餘內餡亦都相當鬆軟,非常好味。
