唔知算唔算係芝士撻嘅始祖呢?原來而家唔使去到日本或者泰國都有得食。香港冇呢一間所以嚟到澳門一定要去試一試,本來以為好多人會排隊,但係點知今次一嚟冇人排隊喎。新馬路好多食店都要排隊,而且好多人,我諗我都算好好彩啦。店面非常之搶眼,一見到就知道係Pablo。呢度裝修好新淨,我諗都開咗冇耐。見到除咗只是他之外仲有沙冰、雪糕等等。不過啱啱食完野有啲飽,所以我同朋友叫咗兩個迷你芝士撻炸。價錢來講呢系有少少貴, $15一個。而澳門好出名嘅葡撻都只係$10一個。拎到上手已經有少少扣分,因為個芝士撻係凍嘅,一啲都唔亂。可能因為太凍,所以蛋撻個面呢系巢皮既,影相見到唔夠飽滿。咬落口發現冇留心嘅感覺,中間一樣係熟曬嘅,有啲失望😞。曲奇皮算係幾鬆化,不過鬆化得來有啲散。整體來講同我喺日本或者泰國食嘅好似都差幾遠下,一定要首先改善下芝士撻嘅溫度啊。
