見到餐牌有蛋白雪耳馬蹄沙, 好新奇想嗌, 但由於天氣熱, 好想食凍, 老闆話只能暖暖地, 因為蛋白係即煮, 咁我唯有放棄蛋白, 叫左凍, 竟然平成$5!!! 我相信熱食加蛋白會極為香口...上到檯, 先發現係馬蹄沙, 唔同馬蹄露, 眼見糖水清徹透明, 就知唔係一齊煲, 相信係幾款糖水都用呢隻糖水做底再合其他材料加響腕度...將馬蹄磨成沙, 無煲過, 沙竟然依然爽口, 煲留馬蹄既原味, 涼浸浸一陣清新既感覺... 暫時我未響香港見過雪耳碎其實都食唔出咩味道, 因為切到好細好散, 都畀糖水味蓋過晒..糖水底都好味, 甜度唔會太激, 唔會好似馬蹄露咁膠住個口, 好夠凍, 夏日佳品門面
