Matcha Mochi Egg Waffles抹茶麻糬雞蛋仔 ($25).終於試左澳門#網紅: #抹茶麻糬雞蛋仔! #鐵餅號 係#大三巴 附近，專賣雞蛋仔同飛碟，當中抺茶麻糬係比較創新嘅口味，喺香港都少見😆味道上是有驚喜的，沒想到抺茶味這麼濃，還有回甘呢👍🏽🍵！！不過口感整體偏軟，沒有外脆內軟的對比😥這可是雞蛋仔最重要的元素😞☹️.Finally tried the insta-famous matcha mochi egg waffles!!! The texture is quite a disappointment- the outer layer is not crispy enough after the addition of mochi 😞 the matcha flavor is quite a pleasant surprise though- much richer than expected 🍵
